Anyone else currently quarantining with their vaxxed ex who got a breakthru case in Fla before handing off vaxxed kid (so far -) and all had to flee a friend reunion b/c of (esp) an immune comped little kid and now is in a friend of friend/HERO's apt in old Bklyn hood?

Folks who've had to quarantine, esp not in their own house: what should I be ordering for health and/or sanity?
My friends in the house we just had to flee currently building the lanterns to honor the amazing kid who's memorial (not Covid) we couldn't attend (partly b/c of Covid) and these last two years have just been so unrelentingly awful on every level.
Child calls out from quarantine bedroom #2: “Mom, can I have a big bowl, and a cutting board, and a banana, and a knife and a spoon?”
Me: “this is going to be a long eight days for me”
Child: “that’s ok!”
