The most famous rebut/replies from my friends are "his hands are tied"

And my usual reply is "tied by what? Please send photo. Evidence-based medicine"

Tied by what?
Tied by selfish reasons or selfless ones?

In civil service, the responsibility is towards the public and remaining apolitical is of utmost importance.

Government of the day is just the caretaker government which commands the majority, or the PRESUMED majority.

Here's 5 Questions for MOH/DG:

1 Based on which scientific basis was the premise "presumed delta" made?

2 Delta virus is long here already and usually shd be suspected in high positivitys Why test and presume delta in a low positivity area ie Parliament instead of factories?

3 The samples were received on 1st Aug but the letter to postpone Parliament was issued on 31st July which was largely based on Saliva RTK Antigen tests. How does RTK Ag test detect delta covid?

4 Why the fb announcement in English denotes "Today we received the samples" but the fb announcement in Bahasa Melayu generously omitted this fact? (PELIK KAN?)

5 99% Parliament vaccinated, that's herd immunity. Vaccines protect against severe disease even in delta covid.Why are alot of places with delta covid & not 99% vaccinated remains open?
Do our country remain closed with national herd immunity achieved if delta covid still around?

Top 3 Questions DG/KKM Must Answer to Rakyat!

To everyone, except the privileged few, medicine is a sacred field of practice. Nobody should be above the basic tenet of medicine and its science foundation

Why? Because through medicine and science, it is a matter of life and death. Life and death matter of every rakyat is the pulse of entire nation from economy to education and from survival to extinction
#LAWAN

Therefore, medicine should be above the board,
above politics and
above everything yet humbly down to earth,
down to reality and
down to bare facts.

In reality, Parliamentary proceedings should be based on Law & Constitution, should not be undermined by politicized medicine

To prevent antivaxxers in PPV To reduce risk of cluster forming in PPV

2 IMPROVE JABS AUDIT

Open up vaccination room
Proper ventilation

CCTV to monitor every jabs
2nd person to ensure the jabs are in
Vaccinees to be shown the needle before & after jabs

Videtaking by vaccinees should be allowed & if suspect something amiss, video reviewed stat

3 PROPER WORKPLACE SOPs

All workers eat outdoor, eat separately and eat without talking

Ensure all toilets in PPVs are equally used, allocated equally and UV activated hourly

All to don masks & face shields.

1 Mild disease may become severe. How many of them do? Please share, KKM/DG.
2 ICU beds are limited. Sudden drop of ICU occupancy lately due to DNR or NAR to the wards (according to people in GH)

3 Don't Google DNR or NAR without ample tissues beside you.
4 Most klang valley PRIVATE hospitals are full for covid occupancy, one of them have 20 waiting list.

5 Klang Valley is not in China. People will be travelling out from Klang Valley and eventually other states will become "Klang Valley" as well.
6 Vaccination only protects after 1-2 weeks post vaccination, not immediately
