PM should consider ‘concerning’ new CDC data when forming COVID policy:
UAP Chairman today called on PM Scott Morrison to retract previous statements on punishing unvaccinated Australians, in light of new research from the USA’s Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
The CDC has issued a statement updating its guidance for fully vaccinated people as new data showed the Delta variant resulted in similarly high viral loads in vaccinated and unvaccinated people.
The study conducted from multiple large public events in Massachusetts identified 469 Covid-19 cases, 346 (74%) of these cases occurred from people who were vaccinated.
“This finding is concerning and was a pivotal discovery in leading to CDC’s updated mask recommendation,’’ CDC Director Rochelle P Walensky said in a statement.
Mr Palmer has called on Prime Minister Scott Morrison to acknowledge this latest research whilst forming COVID policy in Australia.
“The Prime Minister needs to be loyal to the Australian people about this issue and not focus on his own re-election,” Mr Palmer said.
“I will defend and protect the Australian public from the Prime Minister’s outrageous campaign with experimental vaccines.
“The forced rollout of the vaccine must be stopped until it is fully tested. It should be concerning for all Australians that we don’t have the required 1, 3 or 5 year safety data for the use of this vaccine on humans or animals, and there has been no testing on pregnant women,’’
“The data shows clear risks when vaccinated,” he said.

The Qld Labor Govt would justify the new tax to combat its $120bn debt blowout.
Under a returned Labor Govt, we will see family assets taken by the state. Our children & grandchildren will have assets chiselled out from them after hard efforts and endeavours of those before them
“I stood with Sir Joh Bjelke-Petersen when he abolished the death tax in Queensland and we saw the immediate wealth created for the state when people from Victoria and New South Wales fled the Labor states for Queensland.
With COVID cases on the decline and Australia now in the worst recession since the Second World War, I have urgently called on WA Premier Mark McGowan to re-open the State border.
“As coronavirus cases continue to reduce and given the fact that we are now in the worst recession since World War II, it is essential the borders are open so we can get the economy moving again,’’
“We have to be concerned about our fellow citizens and what these closures are doing to them.
Western Australian Parliament attacks the Rule of Law - North Korea Laws in Australia
Brisbane: The Iron Ore Processing (Mineralogy Pty. Ltd.) Agreement Amendment Bill 2020 passed by the Western Australian Parliament destroys Australian democracy,
“It provides the Premier of Western Australia and his Attorney General exemption from the criminal law and all civil liabilities,’’
“The question must be asked what crimes have been committed or will be committed that require the Western Australian Parliament to exempt the Premier and the Attorney General from criminal prosecution?
Today I responded to the declaration of war made against me by Premier Mark McGowan.
“The power to declare war as the Premier knows does not vest with a State Government or indeed the Premier of Western Australia.
“It's disturbing that the Premier believes he can declare war on a citizen because a citizen has sought a judicial determination before the High Court of Aust.
“It is a serious contempt of the High Court of Aust. to seek to intimidate a person to undermine the judicial process.”
All citizens, regardless of the issue, had the right to access the courts in Australia.
“These undeniable rights are set out in the Australian Constitution and declaration of human rights by the United Nations,’’
