There is a lot of privilege, money and access that you can get by working in this industry..but this industry can burn you out
I see people talk about that online and offline, take care of yourselves
We tend to focus on what you can get from this industry, but we should also talk about what people have given up

I do think charisma is a trait product managers should have, although not many have it
You should be able to get people excited about what you all are building together
Being able to write tickets for engineering is to me the easier part of the job, rallying people around a vision is the harder part

Amazon warehouse employees tell y’all consistently that the pay and conditions are better than any other job like that..and y’all choose to not believe them..why?
Y’all trying to tell them that you know what’s good for them better than they do, kill it

@solofunds Y’all should leverage push more, you can do some damage by timing push notifications with pay dates
And then folks will be like “okay let me use my discretionary income to fund a loan”
