How to protect retail. An open note to @GaryGensler
1.) Set clear, enforceable boundaries on off exchange trading & keep retail orders on lit exchanges
2.) End pay for order flow/trade ahead/hft 3 headed beast
3.) Bring near real time transparency to institutional buys
4.) Put boundaries around eft & mut fund voting rights; assign weighted voting to holders of the fund
5.) End naked shorting
6.) Establish controls via blockchain or other to uniquely identify shares & ensure only the legal float is traded
7.) Stop congressional insider trading
8.) Punish failure to delivers much more harshly: enforce t+1/t+2
9.) End practice of using naked derivatives to hide ftd's & short a security
10.) Catch pattern short ladder attacks & end them
11.) End short & distort: publicize media funding - eg media funded by hedge funds
12.)End social media bullying: catch and punish institutions paying for bots & "shills" to short & distort
13.) Increase transparency of short reporting & end practice of mismarking shorts as longs.
We have yet to see you act on our behalf. We ask you prefer transparency, accounting controls, & integrity, over obfuscation, black boxes, & manipulation. Sincerely, retail. #apesnotleaving#amc#gme $amc $gme
$amc #amc 1/ A FUD killing thread on insider ownership. 1st-I've had it with the liars trying to yell about insider selling. Arm yourself with facts. TL:DR - In the past 4 months Insiders have HELD 98.4% - OVER NINETY EIGHT % OF SHARES STILL HELD - NOT SOLD.
$amc #amc 2/ You can see all the data on Fidelity (and other sites.) First note: Insiders CURRENTLY hold over 32.5M shares (6.5% of the company.)
$amc #amc 3/ See insider activity here. Ignore Wanda & Silverlake. We know those stories = old news. Look for the executives to see their activity. Ignore "disposition." Remember how @CEOAdam gifted shares to his sons? That's disposition - not selling
1/ $amc $gme a thread on the psychology of our opponent. I've written something like this but shorter before and it's worth understanding. Being in the mind of your opponent is a large part of winning. Think sun tzu's art of war.
2/ First let me admit I am generalizing here. I'm sure there are some good people involved and I intend to describe more of a general power player. the power player in the world of finance is often a narcissist.
3/ The simplest explanation of narcissism is if you could picture yourself stepping outside of your body and looking back at yourself. Everything you do would be interpreted through you, as though you were external. Said another way, at the extreme end...
$amc I've said so many times. 10:05-10:25 EDT -ladder almost every day. don't know why. WAG- maybe they want west coasters up to see it and be scared (7am here)? happened almost every day for 7 weeks I've tracked it. Same time, same pattern. No way that's coincidence. from 2day
@SEC_Enforcement@SECEnfDirector how can a stock have an identical pattern almost every day at the same time for 7 solid weeks? Hmmmm??? Do we even care to pretend there's an actual "market" anymore? @RonWyden@tedcruz We keep spoonfeeding you guys. Obvious manipulation. @AOC
Attached a few days (and I'm telling you - 19 out of 20 days or even higher rate have this pattern at the SAME TIME. Not normal. Not coincidence. $amc
1/ a gut prediction for tmrw. $amc i’m transparent in that i say when i’m just making a gut call vs when there is DD. I also routinely say “do what is right for u.” This is because i refuse to pump anything. So here’s a gut call and what i’m doing.
2/ I believe today is a settling down from amc running hot yday. A breather. I also believe tmrw it will jump upward. Not sure how high yet but i’ll guess $15-$17 range. Today i’m buying a few more shares and some calls for 3/26. Basically just trusting my gut. $amc
3/ Putting this in the ether so i can count the W or the L on my prediction. Just opinion and as i said it is not based on DD. It is my own hunch based on patterns observed over time and based on stimulus tmrw. $amc
