See, we were told that we cons should avoid judicial activists and nominate people who would faithfully apply the Constitution as written. But when it got hard, the Federalists Bros didn't do that. They folded to avoid conflict. We were told to suck it up. 2/
"We must preserve the integrity of the institution," they huffed and puffed, oblivious to the fact that by "protecting the institution" at the cost of not doing what we all know the Constitution requires, they taught us the Constitution doesn't matter. 3/
Instead of nominating people who will screw us not to offend liberal activists, President DeSantis must appoint only conservative activists who will rule our way regardless. No more soft elitists who care what the WaPo thinks.
