Naturally, all entering illegally across the SW border will be fully exempt from this requirement. Illegal aliens are, and will continue to be, granted unrestricted entry into the US—even if they are clearly sick, highly contagious & rapidly spreading covid variants to others.1/3
US Citizens without covid would be ejected from a plane for failure to comply w/CDC regs. Illegal aliens with covid (+ other illnesses) are not ejected but admitted. Knowing this, ever-rising #’s of illegals are arriving untested, unmasked, unvaxxed & actively shedding virus.2/3
At the same time, Biden revoked Pres Trump’s EO which denied entry to foreign travelers w/no prospect of either paying for healthcare or obtaining health insurance (using INA 212f). So the US will continue to be on the hook for urgent care costs for the world. #AmericaLast 3/3

The Biden Admin’s criteria for Afghan refugees is now so broad as to include Afghans (& their relatives) who never even worked with/for the US government. This follows 2 decades of large-scale resettlement to US & underscores the larger systemic failure of US military policy. 1/6
By definition, if a local population’s expectation for cooperating w/US is to live here, then the nation-building exercise is doomed from start. For 20 yrs, we’ve asked our soldiers to shed blood for Democracy overseas, while simultaneously relocating our local partners to US.2/6
From my own experience, the top military brass doesn’t see the pattern here: fight distant war, create instability, ask locals to help rebuild in exchange for US visa, watch new gov’t fail. DOD refugee mtgs always revolve simplistically around increasing #’s from US conflicts.3/6

Dear media: please don’t be so credulous. This “fast-track” story is another misdirection from pathological liar @SecMayorkas (who claimed “the border is closed”.) The vast, overwhelming % of illegal families are being resettled inside US—including countless w/covid. Read on. 1/7
Mayorkas exploits media unfamiliarity w/immigration law. Since Biden exempts almost all illegal families from Title 42 expulsion they fall under Title 8 pre-covid rubric. However, Biden terminated the T8 removal tools (Safe 3rd/MPP/Flores fix, asylum bars) thus catch&release. 2/7
The “fast-track” family removal process 45 pioneered only works if asylum loopholes are shut. But Biden opened them to fit innumerable millions. What does this mean? Any illegal family that merely requests asylum (or claims “fear”) stays in US. It’s biggest loophole on earth. 3/7

A thread on #DACA. It underscores the vast disparities in our legal system that it took 9 years for DACA—an erasure of immigration law—to be held unlawful, while 45 was instantly enjoined from upholding immigration law (e.g. expedited removal). The imbalance is unsustainable. 1/7
And yet, even then, the judge (wrongly) stayed his ruling & DACA remains in effect, its benefits intact for all current recipients. No such judicial reprieve has yet been extended to the millions of U.S. Citizens suffering under Biden’s illegal border-nullification scheme. 2/7
Perhaps most astonishing is our media, corporate & political establishment’s religious reverence for DACA. Articles read like devotionals—a seeming miracle the US survived 236 years without DACA, or that Americans managed any notable feats w/out “Dreamers” to show us the way. 3/7

As documented in the NYT, Biden is working to systematically eliminate all controls on the issuance of visas, work permits, and green cards. It’s the core of a very deliberate plan to increase all forms of immigration as much and as quickly as possible.1/9 nytimes.com/2021/05/31/us/…
While conservatives have been focused on the border cataclysm, and the sickening destruction of ICE, insufficient attention has been paid to efforts at rapidly importing as much foreign labor (and their relatives) as humanly possible through visa and green card programs. 2/9
Unlike illegal aliens, this new workforce imported by State/DHS will be fully authorized to live & work in US w/ a path to citizenship. Green card recipients will become eligible for fed welfare. New workers will be lower-wage, replacing current workers & driving down incomes.3/9

In light of ongoing infrastructure/tax negotiations in Congress, I wanted to share a very broad outline of what an America First proposal would actually look like. Please read on. 1/6
Instead of financing infrastructure by raising taxes on products made in America, we should tax companies that make their products overseas (import tax). Biden plan does the exact opposite: those who stay in USA will pay higher taxes, those who offshore will pay lower taxes. 2/6
Manufacturers should pay no tax on products they make in USA as long as they hire solely American workers. Companies that rely on imported labor or produce their products in China should pay steep surcharge. If products are linked to slave labor or genocide, sanction the CEO. 3/6
