We're getting word of a plane crash in Victoria MN. Reportedly occurred just before 6 p.m. in the area of County Road 11 and Highway 5. By Floyd’s bar in Victoria.
The Extra Alarm Association is reporting that the plane hit a house and there are multiple fatalities.

Repeatedly released from custody despite numerous open cases & failures to appear.
End bail for repeat/chronic offenders.
Time for #3StrikesMN for violent and repeat offenders.

Currently, Baragar is charged and in custody in a case in which he fled from Columbus PD in a stolen vehicle on July 28. He intentionally drove at two squads and rammed another squad in the process. Only charged with fleeing in the case.

 On June 21, Barager was driving a vehicle carjacked in south #Mpls & was involved in a pursuit w/State Patrol that ended up crashing in #DTMpls. Baragar was only charged w/felony fleeing & narcotics - no carjacking or stolen vehicle.

Eastbound outside the Lowry Tunnel. A semi jackknifed and in the process of trying to free itself, it punctured the fuel tank. Hazmat responding.
Diesel fuel is draining into the sewer. Driver reports the tanks hold about 75 gallons.
The driver and his dog are being evacuated from the truck by the responders.

The puncture in the tank is very small.

Recall, we posted another of their "comrades" last month who is charged with rape of a minor and arson.

BREAKING: MPD officers were justified in the use of deadly force in the death of Dolal Idd on December 30, 2020, at the gas station at 35xx Cedar Ave S.
Video showed Idd trying to flee from police in a vehicle.
