Why use of phrase "proof of widespread fraud" without a jury involved?

Objectively EXCEEDED LEVELS of TARGETED fraud

the STANDARD is LEVELS of SUSPICION that requires or allows further 'peeling back the layers'

substitute "TARGETED FRAUD"

and levels of suspicion:

1) Objective violations (e.g. preventing effective scrutiny, false or misleading claims)

.@FBILosAngeles or @FBISanFrancisco via @FBI certainly has a file on me since I needed a security clearance to assist in our nation's defense in the with the fellow 'Space Force' (yet-to-be-coined branch, much like US Constitution defined "Militia" for yet-to-be-coined POLICE)...
...hence why wouldn't the San Francisco FBI agent identify himself when I sat in the lobby of the SF branch until I spoke to the FBI regarding my being a target of Unlawful Enforcement? ...

I recommend listening to this call before issuing reinstatement or at least an apology to Lin Wood.
