With a few more premium options added in the game, this should help you determine when to transfer in which premium.

Manchester City
Premium picks: Cancelo, Dias, Mahrez, KDB, Sterling 🥸

Best Run 🏃‍♂️:
GW 8 -18
MUN (A) is arguably the only difficult fixture.
WHU (H), AVL (A) & LEE (H) might be tricky

Manchester United
Premium Picks: Bruno, Rashford (?), Sancho 👀

Best run 🏃‍♂️:
GW 1 - 7 [ WHU away might be tricky ]
GW 15 - 27 [ LOOK AT THOSE GREENS]

Liverpool
Premium Picks: Robbo, Trent, VVD, Salah, Mane, Firmino😳

Best run 🏃‍♂️:
GW 1-6 [CHE the difficult fixture here]
GW 10-17

Chelsea
Premium Picks: Mendy, Chilwell, Azpilicueta, Werner, Lukaku🤑

Conclusion:

Transferring Premiums this season might be the best way to optimise points.

Optimal Strategy imo would be
GW 1-6: LIV + MUN
GW 7: MUN + CHE
GW 8-10 : CHE + MCI
GW 11-15: LIV + CHE
GW 16 onwards: MUN + MCI
