There was a mass shooter who was in love with Applejack and honestly that’s one of the last my little ponies I would expect that for
I watched MLP because I watched all the tinkerbell movies when I was extremely stressed and wanted something similar and all the bronies are like “it’s actually a really good show” but it’s boring and they don’t look like horses at all

the greeks invented philosophy just by absolutely loving to sit around and talk

I don’t think either of these things is really true, and I think it unfortunately buys in to gender critical narratives.
GC does like to brand itself as largely a movement of gender nonconforming lesbians but it’s more of a brand than a reality. There are good reasons to think what underlies gender dysphoria is a distinct cognitive phenomenon, like persistence over life course.
and just in terms of social experiences, I think actual transgression of gender boundaries is not continuous with falling short of gender ideals, even when socially sanctioned. Most variation from gender stereotypes doesn’t impugn your gender status at all

transphobes are like “our BRAINS don’t tell us our GENDER” well bud it actually looks like they do
have u ever noticed that u identify with other human beings in a distinctive way, like u know you’re the same species. that actually probably isn’t a lil bit of species science u did with your domain general conceptual thought
your brain is set up for u to live in a society and it is perfectly likely that being oriented toward the world as having a certain gender is part of that.
