Did you know before the 14th Amendment, Section 2  People NEVER elected Federal Officers? The Federal was ALWAYS Alien to the inhabitants/freemen of the several states since the Federal Corporation was formed in 1789.

Section 1 of the 13th Amendment works concurrently with section 2 of the 14th Amendment when people are in rebellion & commit the crime by voting. Through tacit CONSENT people are placed into voluntary servitude.
