Possible scenario on how this all plays out

-->Unleash a global pandemic
-->Force people to wear masks, social distance, isolate (teaches compliance)
-->Lockdowns, all over the world
-->It can never be 100% locked down without immensely strict border controls

-->Borders have been uncontrollable for decades and now its racist to control them
-->Vaccines are deployed
-->They have some efficacy, but not nearly as advertised
-->Sometimes they kill people
-->Some people too scared to get them
-->Hesitant become societal target

--> Lab created virus evolves
-->Vaccines stop working for the mutations
-->National leaders don't know what to do
-->UN and the WHO, establish a "global taskforce" to allow "communities of nations" to work together to reduce the transmission of the virus

-->Establish a new supra-national organisation that "helps communties of nations" establish perceived control
-->New organisation determines which countries go under temporary lockdowns
-->Limits trade/movement, reorganises how domestic product is produced, how societies function

-->Eventually each of these supra-national organisations coalesce into a single world-wide organisation controlling international trade, finanace, domestic product, societies, people, and regulations.
-->A one world government under a new order will have emerged... A Great Reset.
