@CFPB @CFPBMilitary should investiage every lender and investor who supports them, of every single underwater mortgage that is bought by lenders and their investors..If a lender buys an already underwater mortgage, especially a VA loan, it should be monitored to protect us
veteran homeowners, and make sure that we are offered help and not numerous forbearances that just further add to the debt and hardship. Filing a complain gets no response, and @FreedomMortgage and their investor @GinnieMaeGov arent held accountable, to ensure that they are
putting the veterans and their families before profits..Why buy an underwater mortgage if you arent going to help? The US government gives millions if not billions to the VA budget which housing gets lumped in with insurance, and other benefits, yet gets very little of
that actual money!! And there is NO help for homeowners who have done everything asked of them by these lenders and their investors, and get played with for months now years...Veterans deserve better, are owed better, this failure is adding to the number of
veterans and their families on our streets!! A problem we already cant afford while giving billions+ each year to the defense budget and political wars creating more veterans and veteran families.
Covid has further worsened an existing housing crisis veterans and veteran families have already lost their homes, are losing their homes, and very soon will be losing their homes and no one is talking about or fighting for us
