#1 Make a very simple to-do.

Make a to-do which you can easily do.

But MAKE IT.

Strike off the items once done.

Add one relatively tougher item every fortnight.

#2 Make one “excuse free day” each month.

Some people have a pizza day, some a picnic day.

Likewise, what you can do is - designate one day every month on which you will make NO EXCUSES.

The habit it will form in you will do wonders for you.
#3 Resist the urge to sleep, after alarm.

Snoozing alarms brings a snoozing life.

Train yourself to resist the urge to sleep once the alarm is off.

The commands you send to your brain is how your brain will perceive your authority. #productive #beatlaziness
#4 Perfectionism.

“If I have to do it, I must do it perfectly.”

Said no entrepreneur ever!

Get up, start writing that assignment.

Start with whatever you know. Eventually you’ll be better at it. START.
#5 Change content consuming habits.

Scrolling Instagram posts with people in different poses and dresses, “fail” videos on YouTube must be stopped.

Read biographies. Read book reviews.

Contribute to a cause. Watch an inspiring turn around story.

#6 Remind yourself of the regrets.

If this door does open, you stand a chance to be a millionaire - but what if you don’t even try it? You lose anyways.

So why not give it a try and avoid regrets later?
#7 Multitasking is a myth.

In reality there is never a possibility of working multiple things in parallel, it’s just the ability of how

fast one can transfer attention from one task to another.

Focus on one small task. Do it. Move. #productive #beatlaziness
#8 Break BIG problems into smaller parts.

You need to finish a book, but it’s got 350+ pages!

Read just 10 everyday. Soon you’ll complete it.
