#2 The two buckets.

Always categorize all your thoughts into 2 categories, or let’s say buckets.

Bucket Blue: Things you can control

Bucket Red: Things you can’t control

Once you categorize, the blue bucket is what you need to work on.

Red bucket is garbage. Throw it away.
#3 Use your superpower.

When feeling overwhelmed-You need 5 min

Sit comfortably. Inhale to the count of 7, hold your breath to the count of 3 & exhale to the count of 7.

Each cycle must end with the realization that no person or thing has access to disturb your inner peace. #dontoverthink #win
#4 Flip the card.

Is this you before a date?

“What if I don’t get a good seat?”

“What if my date doesn’t like my choice?”

Ta-da! It's easy. Flip it.

“I'm enjoying one of the best seats”

“My date has a BIG smile looking at my choice”

I call it "flip the card". ;)
#5 Beat bad with 21

You work your ass off and then someone tells you “Ohh man! You did not do this well. This…that..blah”

Don’t blurt anything out immediately.

Give yourself a count of 21 before you say or do something.

You’ll always have a better result. Mind altering. #dontoverthink #win

#6 Treat quick good results as a myth.

This-“All good things take time.”

Learn from it. Just after doing something great and thinking that it’s gonna blow up to something big, will annoy you.

It will, but you’ve to give it time and be patient.

Persevere until it becomes BIG.
#7 Stop holding on to things.

I’ve found out one thing-Holding on to anything doesn’t help in the long term.

If a thing no longer serves you, if the person no longer wants to be with you even after giving a genuine try-LET GO

#8 “I am grateful for these 3 things today..”

Every night, before going to sleep, make sure you write three things you’re grateful for that day.

Put them as 1, 2, 3. Preferably with a date.

Do it every single day.
#9 No comparisons please!

Never ever ever ever compare.

“Why does he have this, and you don’t?

“If she has it, so should I”

*smirks* “I have the latest Tesla and he owns an XYA”

Stop doing these above things, today! Your mind will thank you.
#10 No one’s watching, so do the right thing!

They say a clear conscience is a good pillow. SO TRUE!

You’re not a criminal who needs supervision to get the things done right, right?

So just always choose to do the right thing.
