42) Mr. Judge says in the Audio, he believes that Ms. Heard did it (threw the cup at the TV, damaging it), based on where Mr. Depp is known to have been sitting.

43) It's clear Mr. Judge is well aware of Ms. Heard's penchant to record people without their knowledge & to eavesdrop on conversations.

44) Mr. Judge asks why he believes Ms. Heard is using Coke? We know from evidence Mr. Holmes got the Coke for Mr. Depp.

45) At this juncture, Mr. Judge mentions Mr. Depp is awake, that he presumes he's awake & that Hans just left the hotel; that he assumes Mr. Depp is awake "for them to take him down there to have it done." Earlier it is mentioned Hans has Mr. Depp's severed fingertip on ice.

46) Ms. Heard suggests she's just a frail 115lb woman that couldn't possible be abusive to Mr. Depp & others. It's telling then, that Mr. Judge mentions it must be someone "strong" like himself or Malcolm Connolly in case Ms. Heard "kicks off."

47) Mr. Judge, at this juncture in the Audio mentions Ben King, has been upstairs for the past two hours w/ Ms. Heard, talking to her & just keeping her calm.

48) Mr. Judge notes Mr. Depp & his finger are top priority. Ms. Heard is not; clearly she wasn't injured.

49) Mr. Judge says Ms. Heard says Mr. Depp "downed at least a bottle of Vodka, a bottle of Tequila....10 Ecstasy (MDMA) tablets. If this were true, Mr. Depp's medical records from Gold Coast Hospital, his blood toxicology would reflect this. There's no evidence to date it did.

50) At this point in the Audio, Mr. Judge mentions Ms. Heard "seems to be happy if Ben (King) travels" from Brisbane to Los Angeles w/ her. We know Ben King accompanied Ms. Heard 3/9/15 from Brisbane to Los Angeles, per his UK claims (7/12/20).

51) Ms. Heard told Mr. Judge she would "go see her shrink," when she returned to Los Angeles. We know Dr. Cowan was seeing Ms. Heard as a patient. We also know from her VA interrogatories, she has a several psychiatric professionals, to whom she's been seeing as a patient.

52) Mr. Judge notes Dr. Kipper is "working on it." He's spoken to Stephen Deuters, they are at Gold Coast Hospital w/ Mr. Depp, waiting for the hand surgeon to hopefully in & "fix Johnny's finger." This would be sometime in the morning, 3/9/15.

53) Ms. Heard's been allegedly packing over the last several hours of the Audio, per Mr. Judge, yet she reappears, claiming "I was upstairs ready to pack & I found baggies of Coke & whatever else." Mr. Depp's left the house at least 16-16.5 hours earlier at this juncture 3/9/15.

54) Mr. Judge asks Ms. Heard how many bags she found? Ms Heard replies: "...Two, one that had, one that looked like crushed, used to be crushed up Coke...We had all this Coke lying around everywhere."

Notice the use of "WE."

55) Ms. Heard, attempting to control the narrative, when Mr. Judge says she's never mentioned Coke in all the previous hours he's been at the Coomera estate, says, "Let me explain it to you. Coke he's hiding from me."

Notice "WE" changes to "HE." It's a tell she's LYING.

56) I've listened to this portion of the Audio, numerous times today b/c there is respectful disagreement in the Depp community as to what Ms. Heard is saying in this portion of the Audio. Some agree w/ Mr. McPherson's interpretation, some believe she says "All I was popping."

57) After listening to the Audio w/ Bose headphones, today, I believe Ms. Heard says, "All I did ever was Ecstasy & hallucinogens." However, when I listen to it via Bose speakers w/out headphones, it sounds like she says, "All I did ever was Adderall, Ecstasy & hallucinogens."

58) That's not to say one interpretation is right or wrong. It doesn't really change the evidence. It starts @ 30:32 if you want to listen for yourself. I only ask you respectfully to debate it; no interpretation hurts Mr. Depp's case/changes the evidence.

59) Jurors may have a different interpretation of what Ms. Heard is saying at @ 30:32 in the Audio, as well. Mr. Depp's legal team will hopefully enhance the Audio, separate out the background noise to make it clearer; the transcript should reflect this as well in VA.

60) Ms. Heard, now that she's been medicated, is trying to change the narrative at the end of the recording, to make Mr. Depp completely at fault for the 3/8/15 incident, even though she admitted earlier, she didn't mean to hurt him, she threw a bottle, she hit him in the face.

65) At the end of the tape, it sounds like some type of tape gives way, there is a peeling sound & then what sounds like a recording device dropping to the floor. This occurs @ 32:31:

Incident #9 presents 2 major issues.

1) Ms. Heard's testimony/claims are useless b/c of her excessive illogical lies in trying to discern the events that ended w/ her severing Mr. Depp's finger & putting a cigarette out on his face.

2) Mr. Depp's primarily only been asked in known testimony @ the 2 bottles thrown & the severing of his right middle finger, so much of what else transpired around these events is unknown, including some of the damage to the bar area seen in this photo.

It's known the majority of the damage to the Coomera estate & the severing of Mr. Depp's right middle finger 3/8/15 took place in the bar area of the home. Ben King mentions this in his damage assessment, as well; in fact, he found Mr. Depp's severed finger in the bar area.

In Mr. Depp's UK claims (12/12/19): "At some point, I went to the downstairs bar in the house we had hired in order to avoid Ms Heard. However, Ms Heard followed me and continued screaming at me abusively."

In Mr. Depp's UK claims (12/12/19): "Under the stress of the situation, I poured myself a glass of vodka and drank it. It was with this glass that I broke my sobriety, but I needed it to numb the pain that I was in as a result of Ms Heard's insults and behavior."

In Mr. Depp's UK claims (12/12/19): "This angered her hugely, so she walked around the bar area, took a bottle of vodka & threw it at me, narrowly missing my head & smashing into the mirror & bottles behind me at the bar. The 1st bottle she threw...was a standard size 0.75cl...."

Originally, like many Depp supporters I assumed Mr. Depp meant the first bottle Ms. Heard threw at him, broke the pane of glass above the sink in the bar area, but after many discussions w/ @AnnabelKiwiBird, I'm now convinced this wasn't the case. I'll explain further below.

In Mr. Depp's UK claims (12/12/19) he mentions pouring a glass of Vodka & drinking it. He later says, Ms. Heard "walked around the bar area, took A bottle of Vodka & threw it at [him], narrowly missing his [head] & smashing into the mirror and bottles behind me at the bar."

In the Audio of the aftermath, which @ThatBrianFella condensed, editing out hours worth of noise, cleaning, & no one speaking, Ms. Heard claims to Jerry Judge, Mr. Depp threw a bottle through the pane of glass above the sink. We don't have any evidence he broke the glass.

In Mr. Depp's UK claims (12/12/19): "I tried not to react, so I got up and slowly walked around the bar myself, grabbed another, bigger bottle of vodka and poured myself another glass. This enraged Ms Heard further and she came over and grabbed the bottle from me."

In Mr. Depp's UK claims (12/12/19): "I then swung round behind the bar stool & Ms Heard threw that bottle at me as hard as she could from a fairly short distance. The bottle smashed against my hand, which was resting on the marble top of the bar...."

Let's pause a moment, b/c this is where this gets confusing & there could be multiple possibilities, which is what I spent considerable time working through w/ @AnnabelKiwiBird.

Please share your own insights. I'm relying simply on Mr. Depp's UK claims & 12/12/18 deposition.

Mr. Depp's account is logical & makes sense. I believe him 100%, that's not the issue, the issue is one of visualization & it is something Mr. Depp's legal team w/ the assistance of Mr. Depp will be able to resolve at trial in the US next year, using a visual aid & in testimony

1) Possibility 1, Mr. Depp goes into the bar area, pours a glass of Vodka, Ms. Heard enters the bar area picks up A bottle of Vodka, throwing it at his head, he ducks & it hits the blue mirror glass cabinet, cracking it & shattering the bottles below.

2) It gets confusing when Mr. Depp in his UK claims (12/12/19) states.

My guess is he means he poured himself another glass & walked around the bar area to the stools b/c he mentions swinging around the bar stool. There are only barstools on 1 side.

3) Unless Mr. Depp means he got up, turned around in the bar area poured the glass of Vodka & then turned around in the bar area to stand at the countertop where the stools are located on the other side. It's hard to discern from what little testimony/explanation we have.

4) We do know Ben King found Mr. Depp's finger in the bar area, when cleaning up the shattered glass.

5) We know from the Audio of the aftermath approx. 1/3 of Mr. Depp's finger is severed from the top. We have photos of the injury. I'm posting the sketches of the injury/X-ray.

6) Mr. Depp in his UK claims (12/12/19)⬇️

The "key" here is when Mr. Depp says, "The bottle
smashed against my hand, which was resting on the marble top of the bar, severing the top of
my finger and fracturing multiple bones."

7) In Mr. Depp's deposition in an unrelated matter, 12/12/18, while describing the severing of his finger in Australia 3/8/15, shows how his hand was resting on "the marble top of the bar" at 0:42.

8) Ben King in his UK claims (12/12/19) mentions he found Mr. Depp's severed fingertip in the bar area when he was cleaning up broken glass.

Ben King in his UK claims (7/12/20) also mentions he found Mr. Depp's severed fingertip in the bar area.

9) Given Mr. Depp's UK claims (12/12/19), his deposition description of his fingertip being severed 12/18/18 & Ben King's statements, we can discern Mr. Depp's finger was found w/in the bar area, the velocity of the bottle thrust the severed finger into the bar area.

10) Given Mr. Depp's UK claims (12/12/19), his deposition description of his fingertip being severed 12/18/18, Mr. Depp was on the outside of the bar area, near the stools when Ms. Heard threw the 2nd bottle severing his fingertip.

11) Given Mr. Depp's UK claims (12/12/19), his deposition description of his fingertip being severed 12/18/18, his five fingertips were resting on the marble countertop. The velocity/force of the impact thrust the fingertip into the bar area.

12) Looking at the injury photographs, specifically, the fingernail, we can see the was the glass severed his finger at a downward angle, near the top the nail. This confirms where he stood, the angle of velocity severing the finger & why it ended up in the bar area.

In Mr. Depp's UK claims (12/12/19): "Despite the severity of this injury, Ms. Heard continued shouting at me & then proceeded to put a cigarette out on my right cheek. A photograph of which is at 2 of Exhibit JD2."

In Mr. Depp's UK claims (12/12/19): "The allegation that my finger was injured...by smashing a plastic telephone against the wall is ludicrous. The injury, which amputated part of my finger, was very severe & required a significant amount of medical attention."

1) In Ben King's UK claims (7/12/20): ".... I did not see any phones which had been broken. I did not arrange for any phones in the house to be replaced....I do not recall a shattered phone...."

This fact refutes Ms. Heard's claims he severed the finger by smashing a phone.

2) In Mr. Depp's UK claims (12/12/19): "The treating medical doctor said 'this is an injury of velocity.' It could not have been caused in the manner alleged by Ms. Heard."

This is where medical testimony in VA will further debunk Ms. Heard's claim.

In Mr. Depp's UK claims (12/12/19): "Initially, I did not feel the pain in my finger b/ felt some warmth. I then noticed that the top of my finger was missing & I was essentially looking at my bones."

In Mr. Depp's UK claims (12/12/19): When Ms Heard saw [the severity of my injury], she realized the severity of what she had done & she then freaked out & began shouting."

In Mr. Depp's UK claims (12/12/19): "At this point, I was in a state of distress/severe shock. I do not have a specific recollection about what happened next. At some point after she threw the bottle that cut off my finger tip, Ms. Heard also put a lit cigarette out on my cheek."

In Mr. Depp's UK claims (12/12/19): "The severity of these injuries brought about the personal realization of the severity of the abuse that Ms. Heard had inflicted upon me for so long. I couldn't believe that we had come to this. I wondered what more she could do to me."

1) While, this likely won't be brought up during the US trial, I think it is significant b/c if Mr. Depp hadn't left & sought a divorce from Ms. Heard we might be talking about a very different legal case b/c he could have been killed.

2) Research of female narcissistic sociopaths is disturbing, especially when you look at legal cases. Female narcissistic sociopaths in the legal cases, have maimed, murdered, or had murdered by proxy, intimate partners, marital partners, even their own children. It's frightening

1) Mr. Depp experienced trauma when Ms. Heard severed his finger. He lost a significant amount of blood & admits he was in shock. Mr. Judge notes the amount of blood he lost in the Audio of the Aftermath:

2) Ben King in his UK claims (7/12/20) mentions the amount of blood, as well. He also mentions, again, he found Mr. Depp's severed fingertip while cleaning up the shattered glass in the bar area of the home.

3) Malcolm Connolly in his UK claims (2/25/20) mentions getting the call from Jerry Judge in the middle of the afternoon of 3/8/15 & going to the Coomera estate, arriving there at 1:30-2PM & leaving w/ Mr. Depp b/n 2-2:30PM; was taken to the hospital b/n 4:30-5PM.

5) The medical letter, submitted evidence, notes Mr. Depp presented at Gold Coast Queensland hospital w/ the injury at 4:20 PM.

In Mr. Depp's UK claims (12/12/19): "I believe we then went to a hotel where other members of my team were staying and in which I had a room. On arrival at the hotel, we went up to a hotel room where my team, including Mr. Deuters, looked at the injury to my finger..."

3) We know Mr. Depp arrived at the Hospital at 4:20 PM. We know Mr. Judge, Dr. Kipper, Nurse Lloyd, Mr. Connolly, & Mr. Deuters accompanied him to the hospital. We know Jerry Judge, Dr. Kipper & Nurse Lloyd arrived for the 1st time at the Coomera estate before midnight 3/8/15.

In Mr. Depp's UK claims (12/12/19): "I was in considerable pain & distress at this point but I believe that Mr. Judge & Mr. Connolly then drove me to the hospital where we stayed for a couple of hours whilst my finger was being treated."

In Mr. Depp's UK claims (12/12/19): "Having been treated at the hospital...I then returned to the hotel where I went to sleep. Over the course of the next few days I told my various employees what had actually happened to cause the injury to my finger, as described above."

1) In Stephen Deuters UK claims (12/12/19): "The following day Mr. Depp told me, Mr. Judge & Mr. Connolly that he had sustained his injury when Ms. Heard had thrown a bottle at him which smashed on his hand....[and] that Ms Heard had put a cigarette out on Mr. Depp's cheek."

2) In Malcom Connolly's UK claims (2/25/20), Mr. Depp told Mr. Connolly, Ms. Heard, "Look at my finger. She's cut my f*cking finger off. She's smashed my hand with a vodka bottle." This was as he was being extricated 3/8/15 by Mr. Connolly.

In Mr. Depp's UK claims (12/12/19): "...I did not want it to attract press attention or distract from the filming of Pirates of the Caribbean. Accordingly, I instructed my various employees to say, if asked, that I had had an accident where I had caught my finger in a door."

1) It is not unusual for victims of abuse to try to protect their abusers; make up alternative scenarios for the injuries they incur at the wrath of their abusers.

2) Mr. Depp is a male victim of abuse. Many men don't speak up due to antediluvian stereotypes held by society.

3) Rick Wood, an Australian security guard, present during Mr. Depp & Ms. Heard's stay at the Coomera estate in Queensland, notes he edited a security report for Disney before it went to back to the movie giant, downplaying Heard's bizarre behavior."

4) In Stephen Deuters UK claims (12/12/19): "Mr. Depp did not want to cause alarm by letting the true cause of his injuries be known. Accordingly, we were instructed to say that Mr. Depp had caught his finger in a door."

5) In Malcolm Connolly's UK claims (2/25/20) he mentions a discussion b/c himself & Mr. Judge, as they came up with an excuse as to how Mr. Depp's finger was severed. He notes the medical "specialist" did not believe their story.

In Mr. Depp's UK claims (12/12/19): "After I left the house with my finger injury, I did not see Ms. Heard again until I returned to America later in the month."

1) It's well documented in Audio aftermath of the 3/8/15 incident, late into the night Jerry Judge & those he was speaking with, were intent on Mr. Depp, his wellbeing, & in addressing his injury/trauma. It was clear they wanted Ms. Heard away from him.

In Mr. Depp's UK claims (12/12/19): "...the house manager Mr. Ben King, accompanied Ms. Heard on a flight back to Los Angeles. [He] attested that [she] confessed to him on the flight home: 'Have you ever been so angry with someone that you just lost it?'"

1) In Ben Kings UK claims (12/12/19) he corroborates Mr. Depp's claim & elaborates about his flight chaperoning Ms. Heard back to Los Angeles 3/9/15.⬇️

In Mr. Depp's UK claims (2/25/20): "[They] bizarrely claim...this alleged incident took place over 3 days b/n 3/3-3/5....these demonstrably false allegations are internally inconsistent/wildly diverge from the reality [of] hospital intake records/multiple eyewitness statements."

1) Gold Coast Queensland Hospital says Mr. Depp presented with his injury at the hospital at 4:20 PM 3/8/15. This alone refutes Ms. Heard's account of the dates this alleged incident took place.

8) Dr. David Kipper initially treated Mr. Depp's injury, accompanied him to Gold Coast Hospital & treated Ms. Heard at the Coomera estate has been subpoenaed in VA & will be able to testify to this alleged incident, supporting Mr. Depp's claims (fairfaxcounty.gov/circuit/sites/…).

12) We don't know specifics, but we do know that Jerry Judge gave a statement/testimony, under oath. Even though, he is deceased, a hearsay exception will be allowable in VA, so if he spoke of this alleged incident, it will support Mr. Depp's claims, as well.

In Mr. Depp's UK claims (2/25/20): "I came back to the house after work & my recollection is that our chef Russell prepared dinner for Amber & me. I believe that she & I were watching television together happily while we ate, which we often did."

1) This likely will not be brought up during the US trial, b/ since it illustrates Ms. Heard's pathological lies, even @ benign things...Mr. Depp's had a chef w/ him for many years, so there was no need for Ms. Heard to cook dinner, as she claims in her testimony, she cooked.

In Mr. Depp's UK claims (2/25/20): "I understand the Defendants have changed the argument which is alleged to have happened @ MDMA pills to the 1st day of this "3 day hostage situation," which I assume would be Friday, 3/6/15 under Amber's new version of events."

1) Ms. Heard consistently changes the narrative to fit the evidence; she changed the dates of this alleged incident from 3/3/15-3/6/15, to 3/6/15-3/8/15 to fit Mr. Depp's medical evidence refuting her claims. Inconsistency, changing narratives = LIES to a Jury.

In Mr. Depp's UK claims (2/25/20): "I have already set out what actually happened in paragraph 54 of my 2nd witness statement (see attached SS), & this remains the case whether this new allegation is now made @ Friday 3/6/15 or any other day in March."

In Mr. Depp's UK claims (2/25/20): "I do not recall anything out of the ordinary occurring Saturday 3/7/15 (which I presume is meant to be the 2nd day). I had been sober for quite a long time at that point."

1) Using Ben King's submitted evidence photo of the damage & Mr. Depp's blood on the floor, if you look at the refrigerator, you will see it is stocked w/ Beck's non-alcoholic beer. This supports Mr. Depp's claim he had been sober at the time of the alleged March 2015 incident.

2) Rick Wood, a security guard, in Australia at the time of this alleged incident states he had "never" seen Mr. Depp drink or use drugs, but did note Ms. Heard's "bizarre behavior," & having to edited a security report for Disney about her "bizarre behavior."

3) Ben King, in his UK claims (7/12/20), worked for Mr. Depp, while he & Ms. Heard were in London in Oct. 2014, mentions he was told Mr. Depp didn't drink, so he was surprised at the large number of cases of red wine delivered to the home, noting Ms. Heard alone drank the wine.

In Mr. Depp's UK claims (2/25/20): "I broke my sobriety the following day (Sunday 3/8/15) by drinking Vodka after a sustained period of verbal abuse & endless aggression from Amber after I unsuccessfully sought refuge & peace from her in one locked bathroom after another."

1) In these Audio recordings Ms. Heard admits to abusing Mr. Depp, verbally assaults him, & uses profanity. Mr. Depp remains relatively calm throughout. It's clear Ms. Heard is the abuser & Mr. Depp the victim of her abuse.

1) Note throughout the claims, it is Ms. Heard that contributes to Mr. Depp breaking his sobriety, via her physical/verbal abuse; she pours him glasses of whiskey, is upset if he doesn't drink them. Often abuse victims will seek to self-medicate to seek "solace" from the abuse.

In Mr. Depp's UK claims (2/25/20): "I understand that the Defendants now claim that the lengthy argument which took place on Sunday 3/8/15 happened instead on the evening of 3/4/15."

Once again changing the dates/narrative, which to a Jury indicates Ms. Heard is LYING.

In Mr. Depp's UK claims (2/25/20): "...[Ms. Heard] confessed her own rage & violence to [Ben King] using the precise same words that she used confessing the same to me on the recorded Audio tape."

1) In Ben King's UK claims (12/12/19) he speaks about Ms. Heard's "alarming" confession.

In Mr. Depp's UK claims (2/25/20): "The truth is that [Ms. Heard] did not sustain any injuries at all during the weekend of 3/8/15, while I suffered grievous injuries including a severed finger & a cigarette stubbed out on my cheek."

In Mr. Depp's UK claims (2/25/20): "As to the other 'details' which Amber has now added, I did not urinate throughout the house, I did not paint Amber's clothes, nor did I hide raw meat around the house."

1) In Ben Kings UK claims (7/12/20) he specifically states that there was no evidence of any urine throughout the house, when the house was cleaned/repaired. He also make no mention of raw meat.

2) Ms. Heard was alone w/ Ben King for several hours before Jerry Judge, Dr. Kipper & Nurse Lloyd arrived. She had plenty of time while Mr. King was cleaning up to take photos of her alleged painted clothes, the raw meat, & urine stains, among other things. Yet she has no photos.

In Mr. Depp's UK claims (2/25/20): "Mr. Depp reiterates, as he did in his UK claims (12/12/19), "These newly added allegations of violence or abuse are untrue."

IMO the Australia 2015 incident warrants further examination beyond just Ms. Heard & Mr. Depp's claims/testimony. Let's look at Mr. Depp's witnesses claims/testimony & at the "hearsay" testimony of Ms. Heard's witnesses; the lies she told them & Ms. Henriquez's claims/testimony.

Hearsay is testimony from a witness under oath who is reciting an out-of-court statement, the content of which is being offered to prove the truth of the matter asserted. In most courts, hearsay evidence is inadmissible unless an exception to the hearsay rule applies.

Joshua Drew in his UK claims 12/12/19: "Rocky told me what Amber had told her @ this incident: that there had been a huge knockdown, drag out fight & that, in the course of it, Johnny had cut his finger off."

This is double hearsay, Amber Heard➡️Raquel Pennington➡️Joshua Drew.

1) Notice Ms. Heard didn't describe what allegedly happened in Australia March 2015 as physically or s*xually abusive to her alleged best friend, according to what she told Ms. Pennington, who then told her, intimate partner Mr. Drew what Ms. Heard told her.

In iO Tillet Wright's UK claims: (12/12/19): "Within days of Amber and Johnny’s return to LA from Australia, I heard about what had happened there. I spoke to them both about it."

1) Mr. Depp & Ms. Heard did not leave Australia together. Ms. Heard was chaperoned by Ben king on a flight from Australia to Los Angeles 3/9/15. Mr. Depp departed Australia via private plane 3/11/15.

In iO Tillet Wright's UK claims (12/12/19): "Amber said that there was a huge fight & Johnny had partially severed his own finger & dipped it in paint & written all over the walls w/ his own blood & paint while having some sort of jealous freak-out...."

1) Evidence, I've discussed/posted going through Ms. Heard & Mr. Depp claims prove Ms. Heard severed Mr. Depp's finger by throwing a large handled Vodka bottle.

4) There's nothing to suggest Mr. Depp is a jealous man. None of the statements of his previous intimate partners suggests he was jealous in those relationships.

Notice Mr. Wright doesn't mention any facial injuries, any bruising or swelling, no cuts all over her body or feet, nothing besides these cuts.

1) The photo Ms. Heard supplied as evidence of these cuts wasn't taken in 2015, but by her legal counsel long after the alleged incident.

3) In Ben King's UK claims (7/12/20) he mentions the cuts as well, but also notes, no other injuries, no bruising, swelling, or other cuts, as Ms. Heard claims.

4) Ms. Heard flew 3/9/15 w/ Ben King on a commercial flight from Australia to Los Angeles. No passengers on the flight(s), no members of the flight crew(s), no Airport staff/security, & no paparazzi mention or have photos of the bruising, swelling, cuts, etc. she claims.

In iO Tillet Wright's UK claims (12/12/19): "....I asked [Johnny Depp] 'what the f*ck happened to your finger?' He replied, 'honestly, I have no idea.' He expressed that he & Amber had had a massive fight during which he had somehow partially cut off his finger...."

1) Mr. Wright has lied numerous times, changed his narrative regarding events since 2016, making him a noncredible witness.

2) This is hearsay & unless Mr. Wright has an Audio of this conversation or Mr. Depp admits this conversation took place, it won't hold merit in court.

3) While this statement, even as hearsay, substantiates Ms. Heard's claims, abuse victims often lie to others about their injuries to protect their abuser; and medical evidence, as well as other evidence proves Ms. Heard severed Mr. Depp's finger.

In iO Tillet Wright's UK claims (12/12/19): ".... I remember Amber calling me late b/c she & Johnny had a huge fight. I went over to the _____. She was in bed, weeping & Rocky Pennington was comforting her. Johnny had gone back to _____ so I went over there to talk to him.

1) Mr. Wright has lied & changed his narrative multiple times since 2016, so he is a noncredible witness.

2) Mr. Depp was undergoing multiple reconstructive surgeries & bouts of MRSA. Surgery/MRSA require regular blood tests. I doubt he was drinking/using drugs.

3) Rick Wood, a security guard present during the Australia 2015 alleged incident, noted Ms. Heard's "bizarre behavior," even admitting he doctored reports to Disney to hide her melodramatic episodes. If Mr. Wright saw Ms. Heard distraught it could be just more melodrama.

4) In Ben King's UK claims (7/12/20), he mentions managing the London home the couple stayed in in the latter part of 2014, as well as the home in Australia, March 2015 & Ms. Heard's insecurity/melodrama, emotional manipulation of Mr. Depp, & her argumentative nature.

In Kristina Sexton's UK claims (12/4/19): "I remember when Johnny was due to go to Australia to film Pirates of the Caribbean & she told me he was adamant @ her going to be w/ him on set. Suddenly, she had to cancel her own work to be able to be with him."

1) Ms. Heard has no evidence to support the claim she had to forego a film role to be w/ Mr. Depp or that she lost work during their relationship/marriage. In fact, she worked more during her relationship/marriage to Mr. Depp than she did before 2012: imdb.com/name/nm1720028/

2) Mr. Depp began filming 'Pirates of the Caribbean' in 2/15, shortly his wedding to Ms. Heard 2/3/15 in LA & 2/7/15 on his island in the Bahamas. Ms. Heard didn't arrive in Australia until 3/3/15, during a break in filming 'The Danish Girl,' which began filming also 2/15.

In Kristina Sexton's UK claims (12/4/19): "....I said 'tell me everything about Australia – how was it?!' Her response was surprising. She said, 'It was really horrible. Johnny lost his mind & he was awful.'

1) Ms. Heard was administered antipsychotic drugs by Dr. Kipper/Nurse Lloyd & tells Ms. Sexton, Mr. Depp "lost his mind." In the Audio, Ms. Heard recorded, she even states: "I didn't mean to hurt him;" Evidence proves she severed Mr. Depp's finger:

In Kristina Sexton's UK claims (12/4/19): "[Ms. Heard] was upset & shaking telling me @ it, b/ the way she spoke was really disengaged & she didn’t look me in the eye. She had these pink marks on her arm, which looked like cuts that were healing...."

1) This is all hearsay in an attempt to substantiate Ms. Heard's claims, but the issue is Ms. Heard doesn't tell Ms. Sexton & others about the alleged "3 day hostage situation," r*pe, nor does she have the injuries she claims. Evidence trumps hearsay.

2) Both medical documentation & witnesses like Jerry Judge, Malcolm Connolly, Ben King, Dr. Kipper, Nurse Lloyd & Stephen Deuters substantiate Mr. Depp's account of this incident & that Ms. Heard severed Mr. Depp's finger & put a cigarette out on his face.

Kristina Sexton in her UK claims (12/4/19): "I had heard from people who had been on set in Australia...that it had been a problem that Johnny wasn’t showing up to set; that he had moments where he would flip into these rages & then refuse to come out of his trailer...."

1) This is all hearsay. Notice she doesn't listed who stated this claims or provide evidence to substantiate the claims.

2) Mr. Depp's noted in claims/testimony he was often late to set b/c he had to deal w/ Mr. Heard's abuse, outbursts & arguments. This is logical.

3) Mr. Depp's admitted over the past 37+ years, he's been late to set, he's never denied it. However, he was never late to the extent he was to the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' shoot prior to Ms. Heard's abuse, so his claim her abuse, outbursts, arguments were the cause is logical.

4) Tracey Jacobs in her depositions in Mr. Depp's lawsuits against Bloom Hergott Diemer Rosenthal LaViolette Feldman Schenkman & Goodman LLP & Rob Mandel, Joel Mandel, The Management Group (TMG) noted his lateness to this 'Pirates' shoot & Disney, Mr. Bruckheimer's irritation.

1) A "teetotal" for anyone unfamiliar with the term is someone choosing or characterized by abstinence from alcohol.

In Ben King's UK claims (7/12/20): "I can say that during their stay in London, I did not see Mr. Depp drink. It was Ms. Heard that was drinking the wine. I believe she would regularly drink at least one or two bottles a night."

1) Ben King's testimony corroborates Mr. Depp's testimony that he'd been sober for nearly a year at the time of the Australia, March 2015, alleged incident.

2) Ben King's testimony refutes Ms. Heard's claims in the US/UK that she rarely drinks.

2) Mr. Depp admits to writing on this lampshade. The photo is from evidence obtained in Discovery in the US litigation, but was also used during the UK trial. It's important to remember Mr. Depp lost blood & was in shock when he wrote on the lampshade.

3) Ben King supplied this evidence photo of the damage to the bar area of the Coomera, Queensland rental home. On the right is a real estate photo of the undamaged bar area. Ms. Heard caused this damage throwing Vodka bottles & severing Mr. Depp's finger 3/8/2015.

2) Ms. Heard flew commercial from Australia to Los Angeles 3/9/15, accompanied by Ben King. No passengers, no flight crew, no airport staff have come forward to say Ms. Heard appeared injured. No paparazzi took a photo of Ms. Heard injured.

3) Ms. Heard was not treated for any alleged injuries upon returning to Los Angeles 3/9/15. The only medical recommendation by Dr. Kipper, Nurse Lloyd & Jerry Judge was that she see a psychiatric professional when she returned to Los Angeles.

In Stephen Deuters UK claims (12/12/19): "They then picked Mr. Depp up and brought him back to the hotel where we were staying & where Mr. Depp also had a room reserved. It was at this point that I saw Mr. Depp, who was clearly in a considerable amount of pain."

1) It's known via Malcolm Connolly's 2/25/20 UK claims, that Mr. Judge was unavailable & called Malcolm Connolly, to extract Mr. Depp from the Coomera estate 3/8/15. Mr. Judge then, met Mr. Depp back at the Peppers Broad Beach Apartments.

2) It's known via Malcolm Connolly's 2/25/20 UK claims, Malcolm Connolly took Mr. Depp to the Peppers Broad Beach Apartments b/c it was private. Upon arrival Trevor, a security guard assisted Mr. Connolly & Mr. Depp to reach the Apartment without detection & in privacy.

3) Mr. Depp's right middle fingertip was severed. In his claims he says, at first it just felt warm; b/ then the pain set in, it was excruciating. He also mentions being in a state of distress, shock & w/ the blood loss, he can't recollect some things after his finger was severed

4) One indication Mr. Depp was frightened by Ms. Heard's penchant for physical violence, is that he reserved a room at the Peppers Broad Beach Apartments. It substantiates his claims of leaving when Ms. Heard became violent & his claims he is the sole victim.

In Stephen Deuters UK claims (12/12/19): "When we were in the hotel room w/ Mr. Depp, we removed some bandaging from his finger & inspected his injury."

1) Malcom Connolly in his UK claims 2/25/20 mentions he is first-aid trained & attempted to clean the wound, but realized the injury was beyond his capability to treat, so he called Nurse Debbie Lloyd to come to the Apartment to assist. She triaged the wound & called Dr. Kipper.

In Stephen Deuters UK claims (12/12/19): "We were shocked to discover that the tip of the finger had been severed; the gruesome sight clearly indicating that immediate medical treatment was required and so, along with Mr. Judge & Mr. Connolly, we took Mr. Depp to the hospital."

1) We know via Malcolm Connolly's claims Dr. Kipper accessed Mr. Depp's injury & decided Mr. Depp needed to be taken to the hospital. We know Jerry Judge, Malcolm Connolly, Dr. Kipper, Nurse Debbie Lloyd, along with Mr. Deuters took Mr. Depp to the hospital 3/8/15.

2) We know via medical documentation, Mr. Depp arrived at Gold Coast Queensland Hospital at 4:20PM for treatment of his severed middle finger 3/8/15. We also have photographic evidence Mr. Depp was treated at the hospital 3/8/15.

2) Ms. Heard recorded hours of audio after severing Mr. Depp's finger. Mr. McPherson condensed the audio to include only when people were speaking...In it Mr. Judge mentions the injury, the finding of the fingertip, it's transport to Mr. Connolly, etc.

In Stephen Deuters UK claims (12/12/19): "The following day Mr. Depp told me, Mr. Judge & Mr. Connolly that he had sustained his injury when Ms Heard had thrown a bottle at him which smashed on his hand....that Ms Heard had put a cigarette out on Mr. Depp's cheek."

1) We know via Malcolm Connolly's UK claims 2/25/20 Mr. Depp told him Ms. Heard severed his right middle finger & put a cigarette out on his face, the afternoon of 3/8/15, when Mr. Connolly was extracting him from the Coomera estate.

2) If you look at Mr. Depp's right cheek in the photo taken at Gold Coast Queensland Hospital 3/8/15, you can see the cigarette burn to his face, in addition, to his severed right middle finger.

In Stephen Deuters UK claims (12/12/19): "However, Mr. Depp did not want to cause alarm by letting the true cause of his injuries be known. Accordingly, we were instructed to say that Mr. Depp had caught his finger in a door."

1) We know from Malcolm Connolly's UK claims 2/25/20 that in protecting Ms. Heard, a number of stories were considered to explain the injury. Physician specialists didn't believe their story & noted the wound was a wound of velocity.

2) It is not uncommon for victims of abuse to protect their abusers; to make up a story when seeking medical attention. Mr. Depp is no different in this case, than when someone says 'I walked into a door' or makes up any other story. Being a man, doesn't make it any less common.

In Stephen Deuters UK claims (12/12/19): "Shortly after this incident, Ben King, Mr. Depp's then house manager, escorted Ms. Heard back to Los Angeles. At no point did he, or anyone else, mention any evidence of Ms Heard being the victim of physical abuse...."

1) We know from Ben King's UK claims 7/12/20, he chaperoned Ms. Heard on a flight from Australia to LA 3/9/15 b/c she wasn't trusted to fly alone. The only injuries he noted were straight cuts on her arm, which Jerry Judge believed were self-inflicted.

2) We know Ms. Heard took no photos of the alleged injuries. We know Dr. Kipper, Nurse Lloyd, Malcolm Connolly, Ben King, & Jerry Judge so no physical injuries outside small cuts, that Jerry Judge says look self-inflicted. We know this photo was taken by Ms. Heard's lawyers.

3) When a person is dragged across broken shattered glass & glass shards, the wounds would be irregular, jagged, & the glass/glass shards would require medical attention to remove. The small cuts in this photo are inconsistent with Ms. Heard's claims & claimed injuries.

Bottom line, in this claim/the others, is in order for Ms. Heard's s*xual violence/r*pe claims to have merit, she must 1st prove physical abuse. She has no credible evidence, witness of merit, or medical documentation to substantiate her claims. A jury will note this, as I have.

Alleged Incident #10, Los Angeles, March 2015, takes place after Incident #9, Australia, March 2015. Ms. Heard returned to LA, chaperoned by Ben King, 3/9/15. Mr. Depp left Australia 3/11/15 to return to LA for medical treatment, after his finger was severed by Ms. Heard.

In Ms. Heard's US claims (4/11/19): "Later in March, 2015, Johnny & I were in LA, CA. Johnny's hand was still in a cast following the incident in Australia. After becoming enraged, he began to destroy personal property all over the house, including my belongings in my closet."

1) Ms. Heard via evidence, as I discussed in Incident #9, Australia, March 2015, severed Mr. Depp's finger 3/8/15.

2) Ms. Heard was chaperone by Ben King, 3/9/15, on a commercial flight from Australia to LA.

3) Mr. Depp left Australia for LA via private plane 3/11/15.

4) Ms. Heard alleges Mr. Depp's hand was in a hard plaster cast, but this is inaccurate. Mr. Depp's cast was a soft semi-flexible fiberglass cast, as seen in the photo below.

5) Ms. Heard has no audio/photographic/video evidence of Mr. Depp, allegedly destroying property in the couple's Eastern Columbia Bldg. Penthouse, only a seemingly staged photo of toppled racks of clothes, which she herself could have toppled. It proves nothing.

In Ms. Heard's US claims (4/11/19): "My sister Whitney was there, so when Johnny lunged to hit me, Whitney placed herself b/n us. Johnny turned his attention to Whitney, who was standing on the top of a flight of stairs, & moved on her."

In Ms. Heard's US claims (4/11/19): "Acting in defense of my sister, as I was scared for her physical safety, I punched Johnny in the face to draw his attention away from her. That was the only time I ever hit Johnny."

1) In Stephen Deuters UK claims (12/19/19): "I was with Mr. Depp very regularly in this period & saw Ms Heard on many occasions. At no point did Ms. Heard ever mention any physical abuse & I never saw evidence of any injury to Ms Heard."

In Tara Roberts UK claims (5/11/20): "I never saw Johnny, who is an unusually kind man, be violent or aggressive w/ Amber or anyone else. I observed in December 2015 to my colleagues that Amber was a 'thrower,' someone who threw projectiles."

In Tara Roberts UK claims (5/11/20): "I also witnessed Amber lunge violently at Johnny, pull his hair, & commit other aggressive physical acts against him as well as the visible aftermath of the incidents outlined in this statement."

8) In Tara Roberts UK claims (5/11/20): " I saw Amber lunge at Johnny, clawing, tugging & aggressively pulling him....During this entire incident, I never saw Johnny hit Amber, or push her back, nor did he physically react to the attacks."

22) In Isaac Baruch's UK claims (12/12/19) he recounts a discussion he had with Mr. Depp in 2013. In the discussion, Mr. Depp tells him of Ms. Heard temper, argumentative nature & physical abuse.

Ms. Heard physically abused Mr. Depp from the beginning of the relationship.

23) In Isaac Baruch's UK claims (12/12/19): "Between March 2013 and May 2016, I've witnessed Mr. Depp leave the Eastern residence at least 4 times to take refuge in his home in Hollywood because of Ms Heard's temper & physical abuse towards him...."

Let's examine this text exchange in detail, as well as Ms. Heard's alleged photographic evidence. I will address this with Exhibit #9 screenshots & include the evidence photos to match that are publicly available to date.

These evidence photos appeared staged, not like the toppled racks were toppled by a man in a fit of violent rage. Notice how some of the clothes racks aren't toppled. Some clothes hangers are still hooked to the bar, other just appear removed for effect.

These photos appear staged. Notice only 3 of the shoe racks have been toppled. 1 shoe rack is toppled b/ the chairs are still in their original position; same w/ the ottoman in the left corner. A man on a rampage would have toppled everything in his path, not selective things.

This photo is submitted as evidence to the alleged damage in Penthouse 5. It appears there are items on the floor of the kitchen area at the bottom of the staircase, some potentially glass. Where are the remains of what broke? Again, this photo appears staged.

In Ms. Heard's UK claims (4/11/19): "Attached hereto as Exhibit 10 is a true & correct copy of excerpts of the transcript of my deposition dated August 13, 2016, in which I previously testified under oath about that incident."

Let's examine Exhibit 10, the excerpt from Ms. Heard's August 13, 2016 deposition, in which she clearly committed perjury based on the evidence.

Ms. Heard is asked: "Did you ever punch Johnny Depp with a closed fist in the history of your relationship w/ Johnny?"

Ms. Heard's response: "One time...Johnny was hitting me & he was hitting me hard & repeatedly & I was screaming. Security walks in & they don't do anything about it. And there - he-he-he-he-he makes this motion when Jerry Judge yells 'Boss.' Or Sean. I can't remember who it was."

1) Jerry Judge's background is stellar; his service record & career history is impressive; his reputation as an honorable & honest man beyond reproach. We know he's made testimony under oath prior to his death 4/5/19. He wouldn't allow Mr. Depp to assault a woman.

2) Malcolm Connolly's worked for Mr. Depp 17 years; been in security for 23 years. He was part of Mr. Depp's security detail during his relationship w/ Vanessa Paradis, who has come out to say Mr. Depp was never abusive toward her. He wouldn't allow Mr. Depp to assault a woman.

3) Sean Bett was a deputy with the Los Angeles County Sheriffs Department, 1999-2004; worked private security for 17 years; 10 years exclusively w/ Mr. Depp, as part of his security detail. He wouldn't allow Mr. Depp to assault a woman.

4) Starling Jenkins has been part of Mr. Depp's security detail since 1993. Prior to that he was a US Marine, 1983-1987. He's been w/ Mr. Depp through his relationships w/ multiple women, none who have ever claimed abuse. He wouldn't allow Mr. Depp to assault a woman.

5) Travis McGivern has been part of Mr. Depp's security detail since 2013. Prior to that he worked in security & personal protection, starting in 2005. He wouldn't allow Mr. Depp to assault a woman.

6) Ms. Heard's attempt to suggest Mr. Depp paid these 5 men to lie, to stand idly by, while he allegedly brutally beat/r*ped her, isn't going to be successful w/ a jury of logical thinking men/women. She claims everyone else is lying, b/ her, despite evidence proving she's lying.

Ms. Heard's response continues: "And-and my-all we had was a little bit of separation. And my sister runs down the stairs It's a-we're on a landing in between 2 flights of stairs.

1) In Ms. Heard's US claims (4/11/19) Ms. Heard, Ms. Henriquez & Mr. Depp are at the "top of a flight of stairs." In Ms. Heard's US deposition 8/12/16, Ms. Heard, Ms. Henriquez & Mr. Depp are on a "landing in b/n 2 flights of stairs." It's a subtle difference, semantics.

Ms. Heard is asked in her 8/13/16 deposition: "Ms. Heard, have you ever hit Johnny Depp prior to today?"

Ms. Heard's response: "He was about to push my sister down the stairs. She was attempting to break us up. I'm protective over my baby sister."

1) Ms. Heard is so protective over Whitney Heard Henriquez, that during the filming of a reality series, when Ms. Henriquez appears on camera, other women mention her injuries & mention Ms. Heard, her abuse of Ms. Henriquez.

Ms. Heard's response continues: "When he laid hands on her, I don't know what I did, b/ I jumped in b/n the actions that I saw could lead to a fatal injury to my sister."

1) This alleged incident happened 3/22/15. This deposition was 8/13/16. Ms. Heard can't recall what she did in her 8/13/16 deposition, b/ can suddenly recall the incident vividly in her US claims 4/11/19, when she admits she punched Mr. Depp in the face?

2) Fatal injury...Ms. Heard, via evidence severed Mr. Depp's finger 3/8/15, she also put a cigarette out on his face, didn't get RST security or call Mr. Depp's security, or even emergency service to help her husband who was bleeding, in shock, which can be fatal.

Ms. Heard's 8/13/16 deposition response continues: "She was standing at the top of a flight of stairs, & she has never hurt anyone in her life & she does not deserve to be pushed down a flight of stairs, & it looked like she was about to be."

1) Pathological liars are incapable of replying simply 'yes' or 'no' to questions. They choose to embellish & put irrelevant information into their responses. Ms. Heard does this in her 8/12/16 deposition, her UK claims/testimony & will undoubtedly do this during the US trial.

2) Ms. Henriquez's participation in Ms. Heard's malicious criminal hoax & abuse negates her statement her sister has never done anything to hurt someone else. It's also irrelevant. Murder is Murder.

Ms. Heard's 8/13/16 deposition response continues: "And I would have done what anybody who has a child or a sister would have done. I acted defensively in her life. "I saw her standing on top of a flight of stairs & trying to interrupt a fight b/n him & I."

1) Ms. Heard's use of grammar is atrocious at best.

2) "I acted defensively in her life." It's grammar, b/ it's common in her testimony from 2016 to the present. It should be "I acted in defense of her life. Narcissistic sociopaths often word things oddly.

Ms. Heard's 8/13/16 deposition response continues: "I don't know what part of my body I put in b/n me & him & her, b/ I would have done anything, I would have done anything to prevent her from being pushed down a flight of stairs."

1) This alleged incident happened 3/22/15. This deposition was 8/13/16. Ms. Heard can't recall what she did in her 8/13/16 deposition, b/ can suddenly recall the incident vividly in her US claims 4/11/19, when she admits she punched Mr. Depp in the face?

Ms. Heard conveniently doesn't submit the full 8/13/2016 deposition & cuts it off, just as Ms. Berk asks, "Isn't it true, Ms. Heard, that prior to today you've committed domestic violence against your sister, Whitney Heard?"

1) Ms. Heard committed domestic violence against her sister, Whitney Heard Henriquez. During the filming of a reality series, when Ms. Henriquez appears on camera, other women mention her injuries & mention Ms. Heard & her abuse of Ms. Henriquez.

In Ms. Heard's US claims (4/11/19): "Attached hereto is Exhibit 11 is a true & correct copy of a video excerpt of that deposition testimony (8/13/16)."

In Ms. Heard's US claims (4/11/19): "After he attacked me & my sister in 3/15, Johnny seemed to get clean & quit using everything other than his prescription medications. For some months, things were peaceful. Then, in 7/15, Johnny started to drink wine & smoke marijuana again."

1) Mr. Depp had been sober for almost a year, when Ms. Heard for hours verbally & emotionally abused him 3/8/15, when he broke his sobriety w/ 2 glasses of Vodka; she then severed his finger, put a cigarette out on his face. Evidence proves this to be fact.

2) Gold Coast Queensland Hospital would have blood toxicology reports to prove any alcohol or drugs (prescription/illegal) in his system when he was treated 3/8/15.

To date there is no medical evidence to substantiate Ms. Heard's claims of inebriation or illegal drug use.

3) Mr. Depp's LA physicians performed multiple surgeries to reconstruct his severed finger. They would have performed blood toxicology reports to prove any alcohol or drugs (prescription/illegal) prior to these surgeries.

No medical evidence exists to substantiate her claims.

4) Mr. Depp suffered multiple bouts of Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus Aureus (MRSA), which can be deadly; it could have cost him his finger, hand, & even his arm. He would have had regular blood tests during treatment.

No medical evidence exists to substantiate her claims.

5) Mr. Depp's admitted to using marijuana medicinally, prior to its legalization in CA & since it's legalization in CA. He detoxed in 8/14 from an addiction to prescription Roxicodone, so he may have been using marijuana to help w/ pain due to his severed finger/surgeries.

6) Ms. Heard has no evidence to substantiate Mr. Depp's alleged drinking of wine in 7/15. It's illogical, he was recovering from multiple surgeries & being treated for multiple bouts of MRSA on strong antibiotics & drinking. Physicians would do regular blood tests.

7) We know via evidence/testimony, Dr. Kipper & his nurses visited Mr. Depp regularly to ensure the surgical wound was tended to, dressed properly & to check his overall health. It would be medically documented if he was drinking...nothing substantiates her claims.

8) Mr. Depp is a musician & a father...He wouldn't risk permanent amputation of his finger or his arm & he certainly wouldn't risk his life by consuming red wine which would interact with the strong antibiotics he would have been taking b/c of multiple bouts of MRSA.

In Ms. Heard's UK claims (12/15/19): "Soon after Johnny’s return to LA, we got into a big argument one night because I found messages that showed he was cheating on me. I knew that he had cheated on me before, but I did not think he would have carried on after we were married."

1) Mr. Depp has spoken about monogamy & its importance to him for 37+ years; he's never been accused of committing an act of infidelity by any woman he's been w/ since his 1st wife Lori-Anne Allison to Vanessa Paradis. There's no evidence Mr. Depp committed infidelity.

2) In Mr. Depp's VA interrogatories, he lists his sexually intimate partners since 2012, Vanessa Paradis, prior to the end of their 14 year relationship, Ms. Heard, who he dated/married after his relationship w/ Ms. Paradis, & Polina Glen, after his split from Ms. Heard 5/21/16.

3) Ms. Heard, despite extensive discovery from 2019 to the present, has yet to provide these alleged text messages to prove her claims Mr. Depp had an affair with any woman during the time, they dated, or during their marriage.

4) We know via evidence, that from at least 8/29/14 Ms. Heard was searching Mr. Depp's phone without his knowledge & having her personal assistant trace telephone numbers. Clearly she was looking at his text messages, so why is it she has no evidence?

5) Ms. Heard is a diagnosed narcissistic sociopath, pathological liar. One of the traits is projecting onto others what she has done. We have substantial evidence Ms. Heard was cheating on Mr. Depp w/ Elon Musk, since march 2015 & an alleged 3-some w/ Cara Delevigne & Mr. Musk.

In Ms. Heard's UK claims (12/15/19): "I confronted him about it – & he reacted badly. He started smashing things up all round the apartment, including possessions of mine in my closet."

4) Notice the ottoman & what appears to be a metal/glass shelf trolley w/ bottles on it is untouched; only 3 of the 5 racks in the photo are overturned; the chairs don't appear to have been moved when the rack b/n them is overturned; the mirror isn't broken. It appears staged.

5) Ms. Heard claims Mr. Depp was in a violent rage when he allegedly did this; Men in an angry rage don't leave some items untouched; they are likely to shred clothing items, overturn chairs, break mirrors, overturn trolley carts, throw items. It appears staged.

6) This is the alleged damage in Penthouse 5. It appears there are items on the floor of the kitchen/range area at the bottom of the staircase, some potentially glass. The breakage is scattered. Where are the remains of what broke? Again, this photo appears staged.

In Ms. Heard's UK claims (12/15/19): "I went to the penthouse next door, where my sister Whitney was staying, and told her what had happened & she came into the apartment where Johnny and his team were. I remember being very upset & crying."

1) At this juncture in Ms. Heard's UK claims (12/12/15) the only violence that has occurred is the destruction of her closet. She goes to Penthouse 5, where Ms. Henriquez is living, so why doesn't she phone 911 or leave the ECB w/ her sister to get to safety?

2) In Ms. Heard's UK claims (12/12/15) the only violence that has occurred is the destruction of her closet. She's claimed multiple violent attacks, being held hostage previously, & r*ped twice thus far, so why would she & Ms. Henriquez reenter a Penthouse w/ Mr. Depp?

3) In Ms. Heard's US claims (4/11/19) she never mentions going into Penthouse 5; she claims her sister was already there. It's a minor discrepancy, b/ is one worth noting.

4) This alleged incident takes place 3/22/15, just two weeks after Ms. Heard, via evidence, severed Mr. Depp's finger in Australia. Since his right hand is in a soft cast, to grab her hair he would logically have to use his left hand, allegedly hit her with his right hand.

5) Mr. Depp is a musician, saving his finger was a priority, why would he risk further injuring his right middle finger, by hitting Ms. Heard w/ that hand? If he did, he would need medical attention. He never received medical attention, so her claim is illogical, implausible.

In Ms. Heard's UK claims (12/15/19): "His security stepped in and separated us. Whitney stayed with me the night after that incident."

1) Ms. Heard & Ms. Henriquez had plenty of time overnight to stage these photos of alleged destruction to her closet & the kitchen area of Penthouse 5, prior to Ms. Henriquez texting Kevin Murphy (House Manager) at 6:57AM about the damage.

2) Mr. Depp is not in any of the photos Ms. Heard submits as evidence of the alleged destruction. Ms. Heard doesn't have any photos of the alleged injuries she incurred. Bottom line these photos are not definitive evidence that Mr. Depp did this destruction or injured Ms. Heard.

In Whitney Heard Henriquez's UK claims (12/12/19): "....Johnny reached out to shove me out of the way to lunge at Amber, reaching out to try hit Amber, & instead struck me, hitting me in the arm. Amber suddenly lurched forward & hit him & said, 'don’t hit my sister.'

1) The issue w/ 2 pathological liars testifying for one another, is they both embellish to the point of contradicting one another & contradicting themselves. This is what happens in Ms. Heard & Ms. Henriquez's claims to their own detriment.

3) In Ms. Heard deposition (8/13/16) she says Mr. Depp "laid hands on her." She doesn't say he hit her in the arm (an important point of you're making abuse claims). She says, she "doesn't know what part of [her] body" she used to protect her sister.

4) In both Ms. Heard's US claims (4/11/19) & US deposition (8/13/16) she doesn't mention Mr. Depp pulling her sister, Ms. Henriquez backwards, she doesn't say Mr. Depp hit her in the arm either. These are important points to state descriptively if you're making abuse claims.

5) In Ms. Heard's UK claims (12/15/19) she doesn't state Mr. Depp pulled Ms. Henriquez backwards down the steps or that he hit her in the arm (an important point if you're making abuse claims). Instead, she says he "pushed her out of the way;" she struck Mr. Depp in self-defense.

6) In Ms. Henriquez's UK claims (12/12/19): "Amber suddenly lurched forward & hit him & said, 'don’t hit my sister.'" In Ms. Heard's UK claims (1/15/19): "I lunged at Johnny to stop him from hurting my sister and struck him to protect her." Notice the similarities in testimony.

In Whitney Heard Henriquez's UK claims (12/12/19): "....I was pushed out of the way so I wasn’t b/n them, b. I was standing right there next to them when Johnny grabbed her by the hair w/ 1 hand & I saw him punch her really hard in the head w/ his other hand multiple times."

1) Ms. Henriquez can recall Mr. Depp allegedly pulling her backwards, b/ can't recall how she was allegedly pushed out of the way? Both sisters have selective memory, specifics in claims against him, b/ not in their own movements. It's a red flag & signals a lack of credibility.

2) Mr. Depp's finger was severed, via evidence, by Ms. Heard 3/9/15. Ms. Heard & Ms. Henriquez illogically want us to believe a man, that's undergone surgical procedures, is wearing a soft cast, grabbed Ms. Heard by the hair & punched her w/ his injured hand. It's not plausible.

3) If Mr. Depp, w/ a surgically reconstructed severed finger, had actually committed any of Ms. Heard's versions of events/Ms. Henriquez's version of events, he would have torn sutures, further damaged his finger, & required medical attention/surgical attention. He received none.

In Whitney Heard Henriquez's UK claims (12/12/19): "I was trying to push my way in b/n them to stop Johnny from hitting Amber when Travis, Johnny’s security guard, stepped in to pull them apart. The security guards had been at bottom of the staircase; only then they intervened."

1) The only security guard present, Travis McGivern, is the one Mr. Depp contacts, when Ms. Heard's rage becomes an issue & she refuses to allow him to leave. Ms. Henriquez is lying about multiple security guards because Ms. Heard lied about multiple security guards.

2) Jerry Judge provided personal security to elite clients over the course of his career; was sole owner, after his partner retired of the UK security & investigations company Music & Arts Security Ltd. He has exceptional credentials. He wouldn't allow anyone to be abusive.

3) Malcolm Connolly has been a security professional for 24 years & has been under the employ of Mr. Depp for the past 17 years. He wouldn't stand idly by & allow someone to be violent abusive to another person.

4) Sean Bett worked as a deputy w/ the Los Angeles County Sheriffs Department (1999-2004). Following he's worked in private security for the past 17 years; the past 10 years exclusively w/ Mr. Depp. He wouldn't stand idly by & allow someone to be abusive to another person.

5) Starling Jenkins has been a security professional since 1992 & has been working w/ Mr. Depp since 1993. Prior to that he served in the US Marines from 1983-1987. He wouldn't stand idly by & allow someone to be physically abusive to another person.

6) Travis McGivern has worked for Mr. Depp since March 2013, primarily in Los Angeles. Prior to his employment w/ Mr. Depp, he worked in personal security since late 2005. He wouldn't stand idly by & allow someone to be physically abusive to another person.

7) In Travis McGivern's UK claims (2/2020) Mr. Depp wasn't on the staircase, he was on the ground level. He mentions needing to protect Mr. Depp from projectiles Ms. Heard threw. He also notes Ms. Heard spit in Mr. Depp's face; punched him in the face.

3) Where are all the remains of the items smashed? All that's left are what appears to be broken glass/porcelain in the floor & range?

4) Mr. Depp isn't in any of Ms. Heard's evidence photos; she & Ms. Henriquez had plenty of time to stage the photos before texting Mr. Murphy.

5) If Ms. Heard & Ms. Henriquez were in PH4, then why, would Mr. Depp in the presence of Travis McGivern & Nurse Debbie Lloyd in PH5, allegedly be screaming 'f*cking c*nt,' 'you f*cking wh*re, I hate you?' Ms. Henriquez couldn't hear screaming, racks being overturned previously.

6) Hypothetically, let's say Mr. Depp frustratingly said, 'f*cking c*nt,' 'you f*cking wh*re, I hate you.' Given the previous 2.5 years of evidence proven physical, emotional & psychological abuse, a severed finger, being hit & spit on just moments earlier. I couldn't blame him.

3) If the noise had stopped, then why would Ms. Heard have to leave PH4, to go to PH3, to not hear what was happening? Nothing Ms. Heard or Ms. Henriquez claim makes logical sense.

1) Saying a place has been ransacked means the whole place has been ransacked. Ms. Heard's closet was at best toppled, not ransacked as many things remain undamaged, none of the clothing, shoes, etc. appear damaged. This allegedly occurred previous to the staircase incident.

2) I've discussed earlier in the thread why these photos Ms. Heard's submitted as evidence, appear to be staged. Ms. Heard & Ms. Henriquez had plenty of time before texting Kevin Murphy 3/23/15 at 6:57AM, to stage the damage & take photos.

3) The shelves aren't affixed to the wall in Ms. Heard's closet, so therefore, how is it they were "ripped off the wall?" Does she mean different shelving, she didn't bother to take photos of while documenting the damage? The kitchen shelves are intact as well.

4) The racks in Ms. Heard's closet are toppled, but I don't see evidence that "things were taken out of boxes and thrown around all over the place." It looks staged & Mr. Depp isn't in the photos, so there's no evidence to suggest he caused the damage.

1) Ms. Heard via audio recordings, can be distinctly heard admitting to physical violence & to throwing projectiles at Mr. Depp. It's also important to note in the same audio it is acknowledge by Ms. Heard Mr. Depp leaves when she becomes violent.
