Robert Reeder’s sentencing is set for 2 p.m., and @SeditionHunters just found this new image. He took a misdemeanor plea deal in June.

I’ve asked the U.S. Attorney’s Office for comment. This could get interesting fast. #SeditionHunters
Prosecutors wanted two months, but that was before they knew about the image of this assault.
A key graph, from the plea agreement. He’s not out of the woods. storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.usco…
Here’s the kind of content Reeder was engaging with on Facebook:
This is the second time this week alone that a last-minute discovery by #SeditionHunters shook up a case:
NEW: Here’s the new footage of Robert Reeder, who took a misdemeanor plea deal. It shows he was part of a mob that surrounded Capitol Police officers, who lack body cams. He grabs an officer’s shoulder from behind and gets tackled. Sentencing in two hours.
U.S. Attorney’s Office declines to comment. Nothing new on the court docket at the moment. Robert Reeder will appear before Judge Thomas Hogan at 2 p.m.
Holy smokes, even more footage! Robert Reeder’s misdemeanor plea deal still allows prosecutors to charge Robert Reeder with crimes of violence if they discover new evidence. Another incredible find that the feds missed.
Robert Reeder really earned that tackle. Watch the video above from @SeditionHunters. He waits out an officer trying to make his way back up the stairs, then shoves him back down.
Very difficult to imagine that assault slips through the cracks if the U.S. Capitol Police had body cameras.
Robert Reeder has arrived outside the courtroom, wearing a blue medical mask.

I tried to play the video for him, but his lawyer intervened. I repeated several times that it showed him shoving a cop. He’s now waiting for them to unlock the doors.

#SeditionHunters #chindiaper
The mask, I should note, is around his face this time. #chindiaper
Robert Reeder is now at the defense table. He asked court staff for a Kleenex.
To set the scene a bit: The courthouse is very quiet, as most hearings are still virtual. Only a handful of people in the audience inside the courtroom. Everyone is masked, there are plastic dividers on the tables. This hearing should be pretty extraordinary.

This week, the city of Philadelphia agreed to pay $2 million to a woman after officers smashed out her windows, ripped her out of her car, beat her, and took her child. inquirer.com/news/philadelp…
After officers grabbed the toddler out of his car seat and beat his mother, the National FOP spread a false narrative all over social media, claiming the child was found “wandering around barefoot” during a riot.
So the mother’s lawyers “are not done yet.” They’re suing the FOP for smearing the mother and posting “propaganda to promote a fake savior narrative.”

Jan. 6 defendants Jean Lavin and her daughter Carly Krzywicki were arrested in Connecticut. after a Facebook friend turned them into the FBI.

"KRZYWICKI stated she posted a picture on Facebook, but later deleted it because it seemed like a bad idea to leave it up." Image
The FBI appears to have pulled an open-source video from @propublica’s Jan. 6 Parler video database that "shows LAVIN and KRZYWICKI climbing a bike rack that rioters had repurposed from barricades to ladders.” storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.usco… Image
Here’s the video in question. Look for the giant homemade “TRUMP WON” sign with the giant American flags. Tough to miss! projects.propublica.org/parler-capitol…

Plea hearing set for 2 p.m. for Jan. 6 defendant Andrew Hatley, who posed with a statue of white supremacist John Calhoun inside the Capitol crypt.

Hatley's case was tied up in a bow thanks to a search warrant return from his Life360 account. ImageImage
"When HATLEY was asked about the events at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021, HATLEY advised he was not sure how much he should say without legal counsel because he could be in a great deal of trouble.” storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.usco… Image
Hatley, 34, tells the judge he went to high school and then trucking school. He will enter a guilty plea to the parading / demonstrating / picketing misdemeanor charge.

“This seems to be the least bad option available,” he tells the judge.
