The notifications go out and the videos are not even finished transcoding. The scrubbing tool in the video is horrible in anything but perfect connectivity situations. Feels like 10% of the time I start watching a video and then it restarts at the beginning and loses my place
Look, I had to work on a video player on Posterous, I know these things are hard to do right, but video was a *side feature* of our service and we nailed all those things. These are bugs a good engineer can fix in days, not weeks.
