My fundamentally altering Gawain’s nature without providing a new “lesson” I feel that #TheGreenKnight removed it’s own teeth & all that magic was ultimately meaningless
I loved every second of the movie until the climax, because I trusted them to alter the ending to fit his new personality. But it was just a shallow movie pretending to be deep :-/ #TheGreenKnight

Every video provided except the yoga one has a girl in the back row doing the MODIFIED version please follow her if you need to to protect your body. For the yoga vid don't try anything that feels too uncomfortable. On your rest days eat a bit less than on the other days
I recommend myfitnesspal, a free app to track your calories, so you can accomplish this. If you can commit to this workout for 2 weeks then message me when you're finished and I'll send you some upgrades!
