PM Bennett: "Later this week, I will be in Washington for a meeting with @POTUS@JoeBiden on Thursday. We are traveling on a reduced format due to COVID, but the timing of the visit is very important because we are at a critical point regarding Iran.
PM Bennett: "Iran is advancing rapidly with uranium enrichment and has already significantly shortened the time that it would take for them to accumulate the material required for a single nuclear bomb.
We inherited a not-so-simple situation. Iran is behaving in a bullying and aggressive manner throughout the region.
I will tell @POTUS@JoeBiden that it is time to stop the Iranians, to stop this thing, not to give them a lifeline in the form of re-entering into an expired nuclear deal - it is no longer relevant, even by the standards of those who once thought that it was.
However, we are not content with just that. We will present an orderly plan that we have formulated in the past two months to curb the Iranians, both in the nuclear sphere and vis-à-vis regional aggression.
Immediately upon our return from Washington, German Chancellor Angela Merkel will come here at our invitation for a special visit, and we will host her at a Cabinet meeting as well.
Shortly, I will also travel to meet Egyptian President El-Sisi, who has invited me. The goal is to strengthen and expand relations between the countries in the region.
We are in a very positive trend with Jordan as well.
PM Bennett: We are now in a very rapid process, of restoring relations with the entire region so that together we can build a coalition to block Islamic and Iranian extremism. There are many other issues that we can cooperate on.

PM: "The battle against COVID is a global effort, and it's vital that we all share information with each other. The expert committee at the Ministry of Health officially approved the recommendation of giving a third booster dose of the COVID vaccine to Israeli citizens over 60.
The decision was based on considerable research and analysis, as well as the rise in risk of the Delta variant wave. Israel has already vaccinated 2,000 immunosuppressed people with a third dose with no severe adverse events.
