We have named our newest rescue, Camelia. She arrived last night. She is very depressed, dehydrated and exhausted. We hugged her & told her she will be okay now. Her friend she has bonded with, is in better shape, they must have met in Texas. We named him Ivan.

After feeding them good hay & feed, we went inside & looked at their paperwork. Tears filled our eyes when we saw s precious 2 year old Camelia's Coggins test stated that she was at a Missouri auction just 2 days before she ended up at a Texas auction. No wonder she is

so exhausted, dehydrated, scraped up and depressed! She made a 700 mile drive, being a victim of the Slaughter Pipeline! 💔😪 This madness needs to stop! We need the Safe Act to pass to protect previous souls like Camelia. Until that day comes, we will lovingly help
