These cranks are so predictable lol
I guess when the Trump era breaks your brain you naturally gravitate towards promoting home use of horse dewormers for humans and other similar things bc you’re a medical professional.
It really is Hitler-esque authoritarianism. Private companies MUST allow me to peddle whatever dangerous intestinal treatments I want to my millions of followers!!
But to be serious, this is the grift that all of these lunatics base their careers around. Find something outrageous that may be subject to some form of censorship or even just liberal criticism, yell FREE SPEECH, rile up your fan base & ask them for money.

Glenn et al are profiting off of Covid misinformation while also helping a group of insane pro-Trump doctors execute a massive grift! Lies and conspiracies are profitable (see Facebook algorithm). Amazing stuff.

SCOOP: We obtained the first public tax records of right-wing site The Federalist's nonprofit foundation.

The Federalist is known for publishing defenses of Trump, Covid conspiracy theories, & racist posts.

I cannot emphasize enough the significance of rightwing billionaires who bankroll the GOP giving hundreds of thousands of dollars to help Yang.

They would not spend this money if they didn't think Yang is the best viable candidate to protect their enormous wealth & power.

We need a comprehensive, honest reckoning of how we got to this moment when a mob of people are willing to invade the Capitol to overturn the democratic process. While there are many different factors, a key one is the lengthy GOP campaign of lies about voter fraud.
This is a phenomenon that I and many other journalists have been tracking for years. Trump’s job as coup leader would have been more difficult w/o his party & numerous allied groups spreading propaganda about nonexistent fraud, suing against state voting laws, scaring their base.
For years the GOP, aided by outside legal & advocacy groups & think tanks, have fearmongered about allegedly fraudulent voters, attacking voting laws, passing voter ID bills, suing states to purge their voter rolls, even fighting things like high school civics programs.

It is baffling to me that people WHO WERE THE TARGETS OF THE INSURRECTION, LITERALLY THE PEOPLE WHOSE LIVES WERE JUST AT RISK can possibly argue *against* holding the ringleader accountable. How are these people like this? How?
