I have known of the phenomenon called "Havana Syndrome" for a couple of years now. This is something that Elizondo brought up. I am going to share my thoughts on this (and I probably shouldn't).

Hopefully, this will stay unnoticed.

If I were to break it down, what I see, are two very different sources of phenomena being thrown into the same bin.

Designed to primarily degrade the performance or metaphysical/physical functionality of a person it is targeting.

The "ET" told me of its development existing among human beings in my early teens when they start going through the lessons

In essence, it boils down to "Human Groups" who noticed that whenever PSI-capable ET's induced PSI phenomena, they noted electromagnetic noise in the physical medium as a by-product.

Body-worn noise generators were said to usually be a pen-like device or a lapel-sized device that is discrete in size. Others were built into the cuffs.

I don't know if true, as I have never seen it. Take it with a pinch of salt

@PostDisclosure @Munook 10-They warned/prohibited me that it is extremely important never to try to target a public individual in government affairs (namely the president in this case) as the "ET" stated there is a department capable of tracking down such emanations and targeting in human circles.

@PostDisclosure @Munook 11-They also said there is an agreement and understanding between the "ET" and the Human Circles to not engage in such activity. That doing so causes serious consequences and it's considered an incident. So don't do it.

@PostDisclosure @Munook 12-I once saw Bush Senior at one of his speeches, in person. The week before it, the ET's acted weird and told me they would pull back but didn't tell me why. The "ET" seemed to know about it ahead of time and said they were going to "hide their presence".

I didn't sense anything strange coming off him though. So I dunno. ??

Anyway, the second important point:
2) The second distinct phenomenon that I believe is being conflated in "Havanah Syndrom" is real psychic targeting.

Because the symptoms are clear indicators that they aren't meant to disrupt, but to profile and obtain information.

-Debilitating symptoms of someone experiencing something akin to a sugar level dropping to nothing
-Chest pains
-Disrupted thought/cognition
-The feeling of pressure in the head

The biggest misinterpretations though are the long lasting "side effects" of these government officials.

@PostDisclosure @Munook 20-For example, some people with "Havanah Syndrome" are reported to have nosebleeding events, which is a sign that the source perhaps didn't give a damn about not exceeding a certain threshold in psychic scanning which could lead to damage on the physical level.

@PostDisclosure @Munook 21-There are some long-term symptoms that are reminiscent of what results when you "scan" someone who has never been made "active" as a psychic by actively handling their psychic structures.

These partial halfway activations can lead to a ton of physical pain/discomfort.

@PostDisclosure @Munook 22-Such as having focused transient headaches and "pressures" that can last for months if the activation of the person's psychic structures isn't done correctly.

Their "influence structures" don't get activated enough to flush out "the junk" that is embedded in their system.

@PostDisclosure @Munook 23-That results in the person experience prolonged discomfort from being only partially active. Their latent invisible "influence structures" can be repeatedly cycling causing abnormal physical side effects.
