3. DO NOT leave body of the email blank.
Under subject write what the ad says, Reference no or "Application for xxx position" Then move to the body of the email, something like
"Dear (Name of the recipient) if not specified on the ad write Dear Sir/Madam"

I am (Name and surname) and hereby to apply for a (name of the position with reference no) that was advertised in (name of the source). I have (qualification and maybe exp) and I believe I will be a valuable asset to the organisation.

and you add by mentioning how you master the skills and qualities they wrote on the job requirements/advert. Always go deeper. Don't limit yourself.

My weakness has been having to speak in front of a big crowd however Group work and presentations that we did back in the university has helped me to overcome it (make up your story)

Go deeper. Tell them more about your qualities and skills more in this questions, and tell them about the job description they have mentioned on the advert. Show them that you know and did your research about the position and the institution.

I believe team is very important as it comprises of people with different abilities and skills which helps to bring the best results when combined.

Salary is not a first priority for me. I believe this is a platform to start my career and gain experience, however I expect realistic and reasonable salary.

Although it is difficult to predict the future, but I see myself as a valued employee of this company. I want to be an expert at my position and start training to be a manager.

16. How do you cope under pressure?
I understand that in a company there might be hectic days however with my ability to focus on meeting deadlines I try to remain calm as possible as I can and focus on getting job done.

17. Do you prefer to work in a team or independently?
Both are my favorites, they provide different learning opportunities.

You can always changes this to the way that best suits you. Take note, some questions may be asked differently. Do NOT be afraid to ask for clarity if you don't understand the question. Be ready for the interview before they even call you.

Now that you are applying a lot, you will experience a lot of rejections or blue ticks from some companies it's normal, Don't be too disappointed move. ONE COMPANY WILL FINALLY GIVE IN.

When they finally call you for an interview do some bit of research about the company before the actual day of the interview in terms of what does it do, it's partners, when it was established, where are the offices, all those little details about the company
