"As a physician of more than 30 years, I am deeply concerned about the psychological impact that President Biden’s failed withdrawal is having on veterans and active-duty service members across the country," Rep. Greg Murphy (@RepGregMurphy) told the @DailyCaller.
"Every day I am hearing from veterans and their loved ones who express serious concern regarding ongoing events in Afghanistan. It’s heartbreaking, especially considering that this self-inflicted crisis is the result of Biden’s failed foreign policy," Rep. Murphy continued.
"As members of the House Veterans’ Affairs Committee, we have an obligation to provide resources for our veterans and assure them that they are not alone. There is never any shame in asking for help," Rep. Murphy said.
"I urge Chairman Takano to call our committee back to Washington immediately so we can hear from experts and discuss much-needed veteran mental health services in the wake of this crisis — we simply cannot afford to wait," Rep. Murphy added.

More here:

"We’re in a worse position now than we were on September 1o, 2001. It’s always worth reminding people, we weren’t at war then, but somebody was at war with us, and guess what, they are still at war with us. Joe Biden did not end any war," @RepDanCrenshaw said.
"It’s frustrating for a lot of us who served there. Now, don’t get me wrong, our service was not in vain. We got something out of that 20 years. What we got was no more 9/11’s and that’s not nothing, that’s something," @RepDanCrenshaw added.
