Thanks to the generous support of our community, Panquake now employs 9 full time staff! We've regained all the ground we lost from PayPal censoring us & withholding our funds, & we've raised another $4,551 on top of that, picking up 127 new donors & 113 new @pan_quake followers

We've had another HUGE month of development progress, designing the 8 microservices which will compartmentalise (& make easily extensible for scaleability) the delivery of various types of Panquake data to our users. This is best practice & discussed in much greater detail in vid

Many people have asked where Panquake is hosted and why. We are happy to confirm that all Panquake data and services are hosted in Iceland - both because it is a bastion of internet freedom & because Iceland is 100% sustainable, green energy, aligning with our ethics & principles

Every month a Panquake staffer writes an open letter to share with our community their experiences of working for Panquake. This month's letter is from our lead Graphic Designer. She recaps her journey from creating the @pan_quake logo to helping to design the @tl_eng branding

Speaking of Talk Liberation, some people asked why Panquake launched a news service in the middle of a software development project! A valid question, so we discussed the many reasons Talk Liberation serves our community as well as enhances Panquake, at today's delivery meeting.

From monitoring what police/intelligence agencies are up to on social media, to tracking law & compliance implications & censorship activities by governments & corporations, talkliberation.substack.com is a one stop shop for all the internet news that Panquake supporters need to know

Transparency is super important to us so we elected to share Talk Liberation's subscription stats with the Panquake community & will do so each month so you can track our progress with us. Our conversion & penetration rates are MUCH higher than usual for a free newsletter format

We've started to receive significant tips & news exclusives from people in our network so @seanodiggity & myself will be publishing deep dive investigations on highly relevant topics to an upcoming new section of talkliberation.substack.com we are calling Talk Liberation Investigates

Thus concluded our August monthly public delivery meeting! Due to staff being on summer holidays we were a couple days late this month (first time ever!) but will be back with bells on September 25th with more detailed progress reports, campaign statistics & development metrics

As for when we will be able to deliver Panquake? That depends on you! Word of mouth drives this project, so the more you talk about us to the people you care about, the faster word spreads, the greater the contributions to gogetfunding.com/panquake, the sooner Panquake is completed
