Start seeing emotions as messengers rather than disruptors.
Overwhelm - we’ve lost sight of our priorities & boundaries and need to realign with what matters most.
Anger- we’re not being heard or have been violated in a way that warrants our attention (or protection).
Frustration - we’re hitting obstacles that may need a new approach or new way of thinking.
Loneliness- lately we’ve been lacking the human connection we were made for.
Every emotion exists to serve a purpose, even the negative feeling ones point us back to our basic needs. It’s up to us to pause long enough to pay attention.
