Judge Lamberth just accepted Jacob Chansley's guilty plea.

Developing story. Hearing ongoing.

Arguments over pre-sentencing release continue:

Despite saying Chansley's psych eval showed him competent, Watkins insists that it also revealed mental health issues warranting release.

"I want to get him healed and on the road to get him further healed."
Judge Lamberth said he'll take the pre-sentencing release issue under advisement.
Lamberth said he will set a sentencing date later.

The prosecutor noted that Chansley's been in jail less than eight months and has a "significant portion" of what would be a guidelines sentence remaining.

(No word yet on how the guidelines have been calculated.)
Judge Lamberth set Chansley's sentencing for Nov. 17 at 10 a.m.

We wait for a ruling on release.

Hearing adjourned.

New order in Ghislaine Maxwell's case:

"Feds Must Disclose ‘Identities of Any Unnamed Co-Conspirators’ to Ghislaine Maxwell, Trial Judge Rules"

Developing story, @LawCrimeNews lawandcrime.com/high-profile/f…
As the hed suggests, the order is about disclosing the identities to the defense.

The story and screenshot further clarify that the identities are limited to those that prosecutors plan to refer to at Maxwell's trial in November.
This could be a rather short list:

Prosecutors say they currently plan to refer to co-conspirator statements by two people—but that could change.

That hedge is one of the grounds Judge Nathan ruled against prosecutors.

There's another very interesting part of the order.

He says his client has "repudiated the Q."

Watkins:

"Today, Jake made a monumental step toward doing right by our nation, and doing right by himself. He entered a plea of guilty" to one felony count of obstruction.

Good morning.

The scheduled plea agreement hearing for Jacob Chansley, formerly known as the "QAnon Shaman," appears to be delayed.

I'll be covering it live for @lawcrimenews, once it starts.

A voice on the public line shouted: "Freedom."

That was Chansley's old yelp inside the Capitol.

Needless to say, the line has now been muted. (Folks, please don't ruin public access for the rest of us—press and the public—with silly antics.)
Chansley's lawyer Al Watkins says that his client was found competent.

"I am representing to the court that the defendant has had the opportunity to review in detail the psych eval."
