Despite saying Chansley's psych eval showed him competent, Watkins insists that it also revealed mental health issues warranting release.

Judge Lamberth said he'll take the pre-sentencing release issue under advisement.
Lamberth said he will set a sentencing date later.
The prosecutor noted that Chansley's been in jail less than eight months and has a "significant portion" of what would be a guidelines sentence remaining.
