Yes, it is an issue in New Hampshire. The City of Concord New Hampshire has not had an Ethics meeting since 2012 per its site...Why not?? Who is getting the contracts? Look at who gets consulting fees for Marsy's Law - Jim Bouley, City Mayor ...
If you have any doubt as to how vulnerable every town in New Hampshire is, just take a look at the ledger of who got paid to pass Marsy's Law....bribes? Quid pro Quo for lobbyists and their other financial interests/contracts???
