How does this mail-in actually work??? It says here, have your ballot "Mailed no later than 7 days before the election"

But here it says "Vote by mail (You must apply by no later than 6 PM Sept. 14) which makes it only 6 days before election & you can't really count Sept. 14 if you request a mail-in ballot, at say 5:30 PM on Sept. 14, because that wouldn't really be picked up until the next day,

which would make it Sept. 15, which is only 5 days before the election. We all know that if you mail something say 5 days before a deadline you have a 50/50 chance that it would reach its destination on time.
