On Wednesday, Frank Scavo of Pennsylvania is set to take a plea.
He chartered buses to D.C. from Pennsylvania and interviewed with the FBI in Scanton just 9 days after Jan. 6, so that’s one to watch. (If you entered the Capitol and were on one of his buses, maybe lawyer up.)

Also Wednesday: A plea hearing for Russell James Peterson, a 34-year-old adult male who traveled to D.C. with his mommy while wearing a sweatshirt featuring a stick figure thrusting its pelvis into the “Y” on “YOUR FEELINGS.”
On Thursday, there’s a plea agreement hearing set for Esther Schwemmer.
