You have mistranslated and misquoted his statements. This is the correct translation with proper context.
"Now the current ruling system is being led by Madarasa's students and the ulemas. They aren't that much educated, but for the sake of Deen (Islam) they gave many sacrifices.
... As a result they have gotten respect in this world. Today, teachers and the educated ones don't have such respect. Despite of possessing many degrees, none has the level of respect which the Taliban has achieved in Afghanistan."
This tweet was quoted by all Indian news channels and outlets for propaganda purposes. Notable were @WIONews @ndtv @htTweets @TheQuint @IndiaToday @dna @indiacom @ZeeNewsEnglish @republic @news18dotcom and many more.
This tweet by @sashna111 was also quoted and retweeted by many Indian propagandist social media fake accounts. Sadly and unfortunately, many Pakistani social media accounts even so social activists fell for this trap.
I am no fan of the Taliban but Indian state-sponsored propaganda is to be condemned voraciously. This tells you the level of press and media freedom India and its despicable and low quality.
Special thanks to @HayatUl41372817 for his services of translation.
