يتجلّى عُنف المستوطنين في خدمة الدّولة بأشكاله الأكثر وحشيّة وتكراراً في محافظة نابلس في شمال الضفة الغربيّة، خاصّة البلدات التي أقيمت وسطها مستوطنة "يتسهار"، وكذلك البلدات التي أقيمت في جوارها مستوطنتا "شيلا" و-"مأحزياه".

خلال الأشهر الماضية وثّقت بتسيلم عدداً من هجمات المستوطنين في هذه المناطق، نوردها وفقاً للتسلسُل التالي:
في 6.6 اقتحم مستوطنون موقفاً لبيع السيّارات في حوّارة وحطّموا زجاج نوافذ 7 سيّارات. يقدّر صاحب المحلّ خسائره جرّاء هذا الهجوم بعشرات آلاف الشواكل.

״נשארתי עם החיילים בסלון. הם אזקו את הידיים שלי מאחור וכיסו לי את העיניים בחתיכת בד. מיד אחר-כך הם דחפו אותי בכוח לרצפה ודרכו לי על כל חלקי הגוף, גם על הראש. הם הרביצו לי ושאלו אותי אם יש נשק בבית. עניתי להם שאין נשק ושאנחנו לא צריכים נשק."
