"A Dwija (educated) who puts efforts elsewhere and not in pursuit of Vedas becomes a Shudra (uneducated) along with his future generations" (original Manu Smriti 2.168)
Manu Smriti is demonised because casteists, British etc inserted spurious verses in original Manu Smriti that contradict other verses as well as Vedas - source of Dharma
Due to this a distorted version of Hinduism cropped up that has rendered us incapable of countering invaders
Such is the horrible situation that you won't find any mention of birth-based hundreds of Jaatis today. But when Ghar Wapsi has to happen, it is countered by asking "In which Jaati will person go"!
Since we pursue Adharma in form of Jaativaad, we face consequences
If Dharma has to live, Jaativaad has to die. This has been conclusion of everyone from Swami Dayanand to Swami Shraddhanand to Lala Lajpat Rai to Veer Savarkar to Golwalkar to everyone considered pillars of Hindutva nationalism. This is what Vedas say. This is what Dharma is
Being proud of Kula is good. That is Vedic.
That should inspire one to set great examples like ancestors. But to assume that birth in a Jaati gives special or less-special privileges is utter foolishness.
If that were true, invaders would never had been able to dominate.
Even more ridiculous is the DNA theory to defend Jaativaad. Truth is that no human can give a single conclusive evidence to prove his own Jaati except self-attestation.
If DNA theory for Jaati would be true, by default people would excel in specific fields as per Jaati
If DNA is correlated with Jaati, let performance in various competitive exams automatically prove the Jaati
People like Karpatri Maharaj did not even consider Jats and Gurjars as legit Kshatriyas. But they prove to be extremely awesome warriors. Jaativaad goes for a toss!
Another silly argument given is that if Jaati is not by birth, why not oppose reservations
When we are talking of what Sanatan Dharma is, how does constitution come in picture? Dharma will be based on Vedas and Vidya, and not politics of today
Savarkar worked against Jaativaad even before reservations came in place. Jaativaad is the CAUSE that resulted in reservations. Eliminate the CAUSE, be champions of anti-Jaativaad like Savarkar and have courage to say that Jaativaad is a paap as per Dharma.
And if you continue to insist that Jaativaad is Dharma, then it is obvious that those who dont believe in your fake interpretation of Dharma will find ways to dissociate from you and defend their interests. Some of these defences may be genuine and some will be not so genuine
Overall, this Jaativaad causes permanent fissures in society that lead to whatever Hindus complain of. Everything else is a symptom. Jaativaad is the cause that rendered us weak to every mosquito bite like an AIDS patient.
Neo Trads will now bark and try to paint me and Agniveer villains in every domain because we spoke against Jaativaad. We will block more troll handles and face dirty attacks from casteist enemies of Dharma. Inevitable but we have to stand against forces that divide us from within
Neo-trads better stop trolling and instead start studying Vedas per advice of Manu Smriti (2.168). Else admit they are real Shudras (uneducated) and hence not eligible to speak on Dharma
Can recommend a genius Yajurveda commentary by Pt Sudarshan Dev who was born in Dalit samaj

Acharya Pandit Sudarshan Dev who has written most comprehensive commentary on Yajurveda and Panini Ashtadhyayi hailed from a Dalit samaj. His books are used in prestigious Gurukuls and also form basis of my Veda Swadhyaya. Was respected for his expertise in Vedic Yajna. +
Remove your lenses. Caste discrimination is a society wide problem and affects even Dalit communities.
Among Brahmin samaj have come legends like Dayanand, Savarkar whose life was dedicated to destroy this evil. Ambedkar got his name from someone from Brahmin samaj.
Blame bigots and not entire samaj. Also blame those fraud Dalit groups who create disharmony, and never work to eradicate casteism within Dalit Samaj. Due to whom, even after reservations, benefits don't reach all Dalits but only few privileged ones.

.@swati_gs & I have moved an intervention application in the petition seeking same-sex marriage before Delhi High Court through @shashank_ssj. The original petition seeks to register such marriages under Hindu Marriage Act, 1956
We have strongly objected to this +
In Hinduism, marriage is a religious ritual. Any tinkering is a direct interference by secular state in religious practice of Hindus.
Instead, it could happen through acts that consider marriage as a civil contract +
Hindu religion and hence it's harmless marriage rituals are oldest. Why not start the initiative of inclusion of LGBTQ community with Muslim personal law, Christian Marriage Act, Parsi Marriage Act and others?+
