It says so much about our culture and society that for the past 18 months there has been NO serious effort to encourage people to lose weight, eat better, and exercise.
Someone will weigh 300lbs+, wear a mask, take a shot, and think it's ALL good.
We know the statistics. 🤷🏿♂️
And I don't care of this 'offends' people...
There has been enough time now to put a massive dent in obesity levels, but people have just gotten fatter instead.
Truth is, if the population were healthy to start with, this whole 'pandemic' would have been so minor.
People now think 'health' consists of taking an injection and covering your face in cloth. It's farcical.
If we are going to talk about health, then let's actually talk about HEALTH. Pharmaceuticals are a small part of a bigger picture.
Get fit to protect yourself and others.
Shout out to everyone who HAS taken positive steps to improve their overall health during this time period.
I know it was a wake up call for some.
Respect.
The fact that governments forcibly closed gyms in many places (even outdoor gyms) but kept fast food joints open, told you everything you needed to know.

Masks are the worst fashion trend of the past 18 months.
As someone who grew up in the Middle East, it amazes me how enthusiastically and aggressively Westerners have embraced the secular face burkha.
You just had to say the word 'science' instead of 'religion'. 🤣
Some people treat masks like magical talismans, despite there never actually being any conclusive real world evidence they do anything beyond making you look silly and compliant.
Wearing them outside, alone in cars, during exercise, and all sorts...
Utter nonsense. 😂
What's crazy is that people get mad at me saying it's nonsense, when even most them know deep down that 99% of this makes no sense at all.
In 2019, everybody was 'anti lockdown', 'anti mask' and 'anti vax' by the CURRENT definitions.
If you thought these things should be MANDATORY, you would have rightly been labeled a 'fascist'.
It's sad what's been normalised.
Opposing these mandates is just supporting freedom.
If you want to close your business, mask up, stay home, take a shot, avoid busy areas, etc. then I've always 100% supported your right to do so... You know your risk factors and risk tolerance better than anyone else.
The authoritarian push has always been one sided.
The notion that OTHER people are mostly responsible for your personal health & safety is absurd. Always has been.
People shouldn't intentionally harm each other, obviously. But they are not required to entertain your demands, delusions and phobias, at all costs.
Many people have died or become disabled as a result of vaxxine complications.
When this happens, people shrug it off and repeat the 'safe and effective' line.
Sure, it is rare for this to happen... but do you know what else is rare?
Healthy young people dying of c0vid. 🤷🏿♂️
And many people have become so programmed that they can't even fathom talking about this in any honest sense.
Meanwhile others are deathly afraid to... They must adhere to the narrative at all costs.
Very bizarre behaviour.
Every adult should be free to make their own decisions, but just by doing simple math, this extraordinary push to vaxx all young people and children could prove catastrophic.
I have much reason to believe this is not in good faith.
