New: Why Rep. Ilhan Omar’s book deal hasn’t appeared on her financial disclosures—

She hasn't made any money from it, according to her agent.

If the ethics committee’s regulations do not require members of Congress to disclose their book deals, then the rules should be change to increase transparency.
