CALEB ALEXANDER’S TESTIMONY BEFORE THE SENATE VETERANS’ AFFAIRS COMMITTEE
U.S. SENATE
MARCH 26, 2015 (keep in mind he went to to testify before congress multiple times, then was a star witness for the prosecution against opioid mfgs. veterans.senate.gov/imo/media/doc/…
I don’t have time to delve, but the highlighted comments in the 6 screenshots, warrant a good look at the citations.
One way to spot those that planned on being involved with the opioid litigation (ie to make expert witness $), they always tell on themselves with a few phrases. ⬇️2 screenshots show Caleb A. planting litigation seeds, 3rd ss is from a law review of one of the trials.
All these years we’ve been bombarded with the media parroting stuff like : “there were enough oxycodone RXs for every household to have a pill” etc. Turns out that was all part of the propaganda for the public nuisance part of this deal. Also the ⬆️ risk ⬇️ effectiveness comment.

@LennonMaclean And guess what I found the other day? That the interventional pain industry groups that have recommended these as SOP for cpps are using doing this on purpose and then telling the govt that it’s cheaper in the long run to do procedures (SCS’s and IT pumps) More to come on this…
@LennonMaclean Letter from AGs in Sept 2017, to America’s Health Insurance Plans, “To encourage healthcare providers to prioritize non-opioid pain mgmt. options over opioid prescriptions for the treatment of chronic, non-cancer pain.” I noticed this gem from #TimDeer myfloridalegal.com/webfiles.nsf/W…
@LennonMaclean Here’s the 2016 Business Insider article Deer was cited in in the above letter. He went on to be an expert witness in opioid litigation. Seems like his loyalty to the AGs’ efforts on the WVA opioid task force, payed off. businessinsider.com/doctors-insura…
I know many of you will recognize the Sandgaard name due to their non-profit group the Sandgaard foundation. Did you know their founder is the CEO of a Colorado pain device company? They formed a group to combat opioids, which also sets them up financially zynexmed.investorroom.com/2021-07-29-Zyn…
Here are some screenshots gathered from various sites that help highlight my concerns: zynex.com/company/
Just so everyone knows, private ins. companies and CMS joined with the feds to go after opioids and doctors, with $ from tort litigation being the end-game. For example: BCBS Michigan supplied the dea under-covers with fake mris to trick MDs & then when they rxed, arrested them!
Now BCBS gets to sue opioid manufacturers for billions. The corruption is unbelievable. We have MDs sitting in prison so companies could get rich from these lawsuits.
We have patients that have DIED b/c of this. THIS IS NOT ABOUT KEEPING PPL SAFE. If it was, the cdc would have tracked what happens to the MDs and patients after they made all the changes. Instead, they CHOSE to only track how much they could reduce prescribing. This is a SCAM.
Just so everyone knows, Dr Timothy Deer is a #PainProfiteer and opioid litigation #MDLShill that’s used his platform as an interventional anesthesiologist to sway opinions. In the last 7 yrs, 5 mill from industry/pharma. openpaymentsdata.cms.gov/physician/39400
Here he writes for Partnership to End Addx, (which hypocritically accepts industry funds while demonizing pain-med pharma) and uses his platform to advertise expensive and risky products and interventions. drugfree.org/drug-and-alcoh…
