Mitch McConnell will intentionally let the United States default in order to advance his partisan agenda. He really is one of the worst senators in our republic's history.
His motto: power above all.
When the market goes into a tail spin, assets lose value, and inflation accelerates, it will be because of his partisan maneuver.
The damage that he has inflicted on the Constitution, the rule of law, our institutions, including the Supreme Court, facts, ethics, decency, and other things in incalculable.
Ironically, it is the GOP's war and tax cuts that most acutely contributed to our country's massive deficit.
