In addition to vaccines, it appears that all COVID diagnostic tests are EUA only.
As of today, I have not found one that is fully approved by FDA for diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2 infection.

So Pfizer can sell many thousands of doses WITHOUT liability.
And they benefit from the confusion with the BioNTech vaccine that was approved.
