-By Reading & following interesting people
-A Community/tribe where you can discuss and meet

Keen observations come from-
-thinking about something that can be more efficient no matter how big/small
-a function in your org complaining about something
-friends/family talking about a feature within an app
-what problems you face while trying to get a job done

Once you have some ideas, you can select one if -
- you bring a UNIQUE INSIGHT/UNFAIR ADVANTAGE
- it is something WHAT YOU LOVE outside work
- you or someone close have experienced that pain
- it will help you do your regular work better
- you will have a lot of fun building it
- you bring a UNIQUE INSIGHT/UNFAIR ADVANTAGE
