“Outrageous.” Judge lays into Trump-loving deputy charged with attacking law enforcement on Jan. 6 while wearing a “SHERIFF” patch. huffpost.com/entry/capitol-…
Here’s a @SeditionHunters video compilation that shows some of #threepercentsheriff’s handiwork:
“Frankly, this is a defendant who has taken oaths before. He swore oaths in multiple sheriffs’ offices that he would uphold the law… This is someone who uses his badge and authority when it works for him, and disregards it when it does not.” huffpost.com/entry/capitol-…
Judge Sullivan has ordered videos presented in detention hearings released, so the public will be able to see the body worn camera footage soon.

“Like many singles in D.C., Claire has ‘almost always’ passed on potential suitors who lived across the river in northern Virginia. Her MAGA alter-ego, on the other hand, didn’t have any reservations about bros located in Arlington and Alexandria.” huffpost.com/entry/capitol-…
“I basically just [said], ‘Wow, crazy, tell me more’ on repeat until they gave me enough,” she said. “One of my friends was like, ’You basically got all these confessions just being, like, ‘Haha! Then what?’” huffpost.com/entry/capitol-…

NEW: FreedomWorks has terminated an employee arrested by the FBI for his actions at the Capitol on Jan. 6: huffpost.com/entry/freedomw…
Quite a contrast between how FreedomWorks treated a lower-level staffer who stormed the Capitol for Trump and how they've treated Cleta Mitchell, who advised Trump’s efforts to overturn the election and was on that infamous call to Brad Raffensperger. huffpost.com/entry/freedomw…
The FBI affidavit doesn’t say it outright, but a careful read suggests that open-source sleuths played a role here. huffpost.com/entry/freedomw…

Brandon Fellows tells Judge Trevor McFadden he still wants to represent himself.

Fellows says he’s been studying law for the last “three to four weeks.”

He doesn’t believe the felony charge against him (Obstruction of an Official Proceeding) will hold.

Judge McFadden to Fellows: “I strongly urge you not to represent yourself… There are signifiant downsides to you being the one who is making split-second decisions on courtroom issues.”
Judge McFadden locked up Fellows back in July:

The selfie Twitter video cited here in the Jan. 6 case against Brandon Prenzlin of FreedomWorks urges Joe Manchin to vote against HR1 (voting rights bill) and protecting the filibuster.
The video was posted two months after Brandon Prenzlin entered the Capitol on Jan. 6.
