DTI Sec. Lopez: Nagpapasalamat tayo sa IATF for allowing, even at Alert Level 4, mabuksan itong mga tinatawag na medyo sensitive activities or activities of concern tulad ng mga indoor dine-in, outdoor dine-in, at pati na rin ang personal care services.

DTI Sec. Lopez: In-allow na po ng IATF ang 10% indoor. Para maging safe ito, nilimit muna natin doon sa mga vaccinated, pati sa workers at pati sa customers.

DTI Sec. Lopez: Pero pag dating sa outdoor, vaccinated workers ang requirements pero sa customers, wala na pong distinction ng vaccinated at hindi vaccinated.

DTI Sec. Lopez: The idea pag sa indoor, talagang mas safe sa mga vaccinated.

DTI Sec. Lopez: 'Yung impact po nito sa ating economic activities, masasabi po na imbis na sarado sila ay na-allow sila na mag-operate kahit na napakaliit. Mabuti na ito kaysa sa sarado.

DTI Sec. Lopez: Pagdating sa Alert Levels 3, 2, 1 ay wala nang distinction ng vaccinated at unvaccinated. Pwede po lahat iyan. At mag-adjust ang operating capacity natin.

Dr. de Guzman/DOH: 'Yung pinakamataas na dami ng kaso natin ay naitala noong ikalawang linggo ng Septyembre. Pero kung mapapansin ninyo, 'yung number of reported cases has gone down from 19,949 the previous week to 17,783. That's a decline of around 2,200 average cases per day.

Dr. de Guzman/DOH: At the national level, we're now at moderate risk case classification because our two-week growth rate has become a negative two-week growth rate. We're at -4% in the recent one to two weeks--much lower than the 27% we reported the week prior.

Dr. de Guzman/DOH: 'Yung reproduction number, ito iyong dami ng individuals na posible pa pong maging kaso kung siya ay na-expose sa isang kaso.

Dr. de Guzman/DOH: Tayo po ay bumaba to .85 ito pong Sept. 13 para sa NCR.

Dr. de Guzman/DOH: Ang mahalaga po sa reproduction ay hindi lang po ang pagbaba niya to less than one, pero dapat tuloy-tuloy o ma-sustain iyong mababang numero na ito.

Dr. de Guzman/DOH: Kasi kapag one pa rin iyan or more than one, ibig sabihin tuloy-tuloy pa rin ang transmission natin.

Pres. Spox. Roque on alert level in NCR: Ang patakaran ngayon ay ang DOH na ang magde-determine, hindi na ang IATF.

Dr. de Guzman/DOH: For this week, we remain to be in Alert Level 4. We are looking into reviewing these metrics.

Dr. de Guzman/DOH: On Oct. 1, there will be an announcement kung tayo ba ay maiiwan sa Alert Level 4 or kung tayo ay ma-deescalate sa Alert Level 3.

Pres. Spox. Roque on death of Bree Jonson: [The President] has instructed the criminal justice system of the country to accord the victim's justice.

Pres. Spox. Roque on whether the Senate investigation on Pharmally will lead to President Duterte: Absolutely not. Wala naman po silang ebidensya na nakukuha na may overpriced. Sinabi na ng COA na walang overpricing. So ano mali-link kay Presidente?

Pres. Spox. Roque: Ingay lang po.

Pres. Spox. Roque on deployment of health care workers abroad: Dahil ito po ay magdudulot ng mas maraming trabaho sa ating mga kababayan, we are happy for those na makakakuha ng trabaho sa America.

Pres. Spox. Roque: Pero, at the same time, babalansehin natin iyan dahil titingnan natin kung nagkukulang tayo ng nurses dito sa Pilipinas, dahil mayroon pa rin tayong kapangyarihan na pigilan ang paglabas ng ating mga nurses.

Pres. Spox. Roque: Natutuwa po kami sa pagkakataon na ibinibigay sa ating mga kababayan pero, at the same time, titingnan natin na baka naman tayo ay magkulang.
