Imagine putting your cars for rent, then taking that cashflow to secure properties

Listing the house on AirBnB then using the cars as an upsell for the folks who get your place

When I asked here’s what I discovered

You get a 3 bedroom for instance at $24,000/yr from Emirati natives

List that same property for $4K-$12K/month based on location & facilities

Provide Wifi, setup an home gym, provide cleaning etc

Max cost to you monthly = $1K

The people allow you to pay with 3 checks =$8K thrice

Now in one year, you’re making at least $48K-$144K based on what you offer

Cost of maintenance = $8K-$10K

Profit $14K-$110K/year

Use the money from rentals to secure more properties

Or use it to buy an hot in demand car & rent it out too

Now you have passive cashflow every month by using what others call liabilities
