5 things I wish I knew from the beginning of my web development career 👇
[1/5] As a web developer, learning the proper way of #domaining with automation & patiently investing on it as a side project, will give you the financial freedom that'll eventually allow to do exactly the kind of development you love.
Remember: learn, automate & be patient.
[2/5] Learning proper affiliate marketing with automation is the second piece of the puzzle.
Good content & clean #AffiliateMarketing automation will not only increate the value of your domains, but also pay the bills of domaining & development + put some extra $ in your pocket.
[3/5] Develop some SAAS. It doesn't have to be the best SAAS app out there. Build something that you'll use yourself. Then keep building, tens of them, not just one.
Only one needs to be financially successful, while all are successful to you, because you use them yourself.
[4/5] Developing with bleeding edge tech is satisfactory, but the real money is with the biggest market share.
#WordPress serves 40% of all web sites. That means, if you build some sites with it, you'll end up developing your own Plugins & Themes that will make you more money.
[5/5] Teach people everything you've learnt from 1, 2, 3 & 4.
Take notes while doing it & then eventually teach people the gist of it with blogs, courses & books.
This will not only help others do the same, but also will make you more money in the process.
Rinse & repeat ✨
