Because we're living through an inauthentically organized and/or astroturfed power grab at all levels in blue and moderate red regions, why do I have to keep saying this
Yes, they are literal war zones. This is a long-term, slow moving, mostly ideological war that leverages "small wars" and weaponized narratives to attack the concept of democracy and try to convince its participants that it does not work as advertised
in order to try to usher in an age of climate fascism.
