Pak Jong Chon has been elected to the Presidium of the Politburo, in effect, replacing Ri Pyong-chol on the 5-man Standing Committee.

Now, we have a better image of the scene at this year's October Parade. How long before Kim Jong-eun replaces his wife, Ri Sol-ju¿

It does make sense to elevate Pak Jong-chon as the WPK places the Land Management issue high on its agenda. It would require much input from military builders to develop infrastructure.
