Since @RevolutApp apparently decided to ignore me, I think I should tell what they have done so far.

I've had their most expensive Metal card with premium service for more than a year already and everything was totally fine before today's morning.

As a premium client of @RevolutApp, I took advantage of their perks they were providing. One of them is device insurance. When I just bought my iPhone 12 year ago, I got it covered with Revolut device insurance.

This morning I've received some really weird email from insurance company. Here it is.

They've told me that Revolut informed them (!!!) they're closing my account. Quite surprising for me not to be the first one to know about my account being closed.
So, what happened next?

Of course, as premium customer, I've paid for priority chat with customer support. So I decided to ask them, what the fuck is actually going on? As soon as I texted support, my account got downgraded from Premium plan to Standard one with no refund.

Did someone replied? No.

Since they've put me on basic free plan instead of one I paid for, they've took away my priority support chat, so it's been a day already me not knowing what is happening with my account. Then, I've noticed this shit:

Well, since I'm not 90 years old and still remember what was yesterday, I clearly remember I haven't asked to close my account.

But @RevolutApp went even further...

I had some stocks in my portfolio. Guess what? Revolut, without any my permission or consent just sold all my stocks.

Imagine you coming home and realising that someone sold your house without your consent. Can't imagine? Me too. However, they did it — they sold my property.

Well, as I was obviously frustrated, I posted this and @RevolutApp replied "oh let's continue in DM". Guess what? They never texted me back.

Probably they've messed up a bit and thought, that banking license gives them permission just to scam people and rob them. Well, @RevolutApp, I'm clarifying it for you: It doesn't.

As I clearly see there fraud (they sold my property without my knowledge nor permission), I've decided to report this to police and supervision authorities.
