Applications are open to apply for the Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program in France 2022. The Eiffel Scholarship program is a Fully Funded Scholarship by the Government of France to Pursue Masters, PhD, Doctoral Degree Programs from French Universities.
The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program was established by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs to enable French higher education institutions to attract top foreign students to enroll in their masters and PhD programs.
Dates and deadlines
Opening of the call for applications: week of September 27, 2021
Deadline for the reception of applications by Campus France: January 7th 2022.
Publication of results: week of 4 April, 2022
Funding
Masters
The Eiffel scholarship consists of a monthly allowance of €1,181 (a maintenance allowance of €1,031 plus a stipend of €150).
Doctoral component
The Eiffel scholarship includes a monthly allowance of €1,700 (since 1 January
2021)
In addition, the following benefits are provided for both Masters and PhD: International air travel (round trip), Train travel within France, health insurance, supplementary health insurance, Local transportation, etc
Note:
The Eiffel Program is reserved for non-French nationals. Candidates with two nationalities of which one is French are not eligible.

There is an opening for graduate students with those interest to start in Fall 2022 at University of Delaware. Experience with coding and/or hydrologic modeling is a plus, even if only in coursework.

The Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering at The University of British Columbia is currently recruiting 30 to 40 M.A.Sc., M.Sc, and Ph.D. students for Fall 2022.
Funding packages start at $25,000 per year for PhD students.
These are research degrees that integrate research with fundamental and advanced courses. Students are provided the opportunity to assume teaching assistantships in undergraduate courses.
Students work under the guidance of their Research Supervisor, and other faculty members. Students must satisfactorily complete course work, a comprehensive examination (Ph.D. only), a departmental exam, and write and defend a research-based thesis.
