Part of the reason I'm so contemptuous of the whole Frances Haugen "brave whistleblower" of Facebook is how similar it is to Western China Watchers. The entire affair is a farcical scripted charade involving all parties but primarily the US government. Everyone is behaving like a
smarmy dishonest prick from the "let me help you protect America" line to feigned outrage over women's bodies. This is all a stage play and there is neither debate or any kind of real intellectual honesty. It is insultingly open deceit carried out by dimwit apparatchiks designed
to put a democratic and legislative veneer over some plan that had been hatched out by some intelligence agency years ago. The Americans and it's media flunkyest have the audacity to sell this type of behavior as the apogee of human sociality but the falseness of it all is just
disgusting and repellent to a man who still has any critical faculties left and is willing to use them.
